Description

The present invention relates to a protective tube holder that prevents, for example, a protective tube covered with an electric wire from falling off from the electric wire.

In order to protect the electric wire and call attention to the existence of the electric wire, the electric wire is covered with a protective tube (see Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 8, since the protective tube 100 is formed with a notch S over the entire length, the protective tube 100 may fall off from the electric wire. In order to prevent this, for example, a protective tube holder for a protective tube shown in Patent Document 2 is provided. As shown in FIG. 9, the protective tube holder 104 includes a pair of holding pieces 105 and 105 capable of holding the protective tube 100 from both sides in the radial direction. At the tip of one of the pair of holding pieces 105, 105, a grip portion 106 gripped by an indirect live-line working tool (not shown) as a mounting tool is formed so as to project laterally. Has been done.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, another protective tube holder 107 includes a pair of sandwiching pieces 108, 108 capable of sandwiching the protective tube 100 from both sides. A grip portion 109 gripped by an indirect live-line working tool is projected between the pair of holding pieces 108 and 108 toward the side opposite to the direction in which the protective tube 100 is moved.

In any of the protective tube holders 104 and 107, the operator grips the grip portions 106 and 109 with an indirect live-line working tool and holds a pair of holding pieces 105, 105, 108 and 108 with respect to the protective tube 100. Move in the radial direction. As a result, the protective tube 100 is sandwiched by a pair of sandwiching pieces 105, 105, 108, 108 from both sides in the radial direction.

Japanese Patent No. 4346247

By the way, when trying to attach a holder to a protective tube, other wiring or equipment may be provided around the protective tube. However, since all of the above-mentioned conventional holders can grip the indirect live-line working tool in only one direction, it is difficult to attach the holder to the protective tube.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a protective tube holder that can be gripped from a direction corresponding to the surrounding environment, can be easily attached to the protective tube, and is excellent in convenience.

The present invention is a protective tube holder that holds an electric wire covered with a protective tube from the side along the longitudinal direction and covers the electric wire so as not to come off the electric wire, so as to be fitted onto the protective tube. When attached, it is provided with a plurality of holding pieces that sandwich the protective tube, and the holding pieces are configured to allow insertion of the protective tube by separating one end side thereof from each other, and the other end side of the holding piece. The first grip portion is provided with a first grip portion and a second grip portion that are selectively gripped by the mounting tool, and the first grip portion includes a pair of first grip surfaces gripped by the mounting tool. The gripping surface is along a moving direction in which the holding piece is mounted on the protective tube, the second gripping portion includes a pair of second gripping surfaces gripped by the mounting tool, and the second gripping surface is the first gripping surface. (1) The first grip portion and the second grip portion are arranged so as to be displaced from each other in the moving direction along a direction intersecting the grip surface.

In the protective tube holder of the present invention having the above configuration, it is possible to select whether to grip the first grip portion with the mounting tool or the second grip portion with the mounting tool. Regardless of which grip is gripped by the mounting tool, the protective tube holder of the present invention moves the mounting tool toward the protective tube, abuts one end side of the holding piece against the protective tube, and further protects the mounting tool. It is used to separate one end side of the holding piece by moving it toward the tube, and to insert a protective tube between the holding pieces.

When the first gripping surface of the first gripping portion is gripped by the mounting tool, since the first gripping surface is along the moving direction in which the holding piece is mounted on the protective tube, a force for moving the mounting tool in the moving direction. However, it works in a state where the loss is suppressed as a force to separate one end side of the holding pieces applied to the protective tube from each other. Easy to insert.

Since the second gripping surface is along the direction intersecting the first gripping surface, when the second gripping surface of the second gripping portion is gripped by the mounting tool, the first gripping surface of the first gripping portion is gripped by the mounting tool. Compared to the case of gripping, the force for moving the mounting tool in the moving direction for mounting the protective tube holder on the protective tube is less likely to be transmitted as a force for separating one end side of the holding piece from each other. However, since the second gripping surface is along the direction intersecting the first gripping surface, it is easy to grip the second gripping surface by setting the mounting tool in a direction corresponding to the surrounding environment.

It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the second grip portion is arranged closer to one end side with respect to the first grip portion, and the second grip surface is arranged on an extension of the first grip surface. ..

According to the protective tube holder having the above configuration, when the first gripping surface is gripped by the mounting tool, the mounting tool can be attached to the first gripping surface and the second gripping surface by touching one end side of the mounting tool to the second gripping surface. Both gripping surfaces can be used to stabilize the mounting tool against the protective tube holder.

For the plurality of holding pieces, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which a ridge portion that can be engaged with and disengaged is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the protective tube on the facing surface thereof.

With the above configuration, the annular concave portion and the annular convex portion are continuous in the axial direction of the protective tube, and the ridge portion of the holding piece is locked in the annular concave portion to position the fall prevention device with respect to the protective tube. can.

The protective tube holder according to the present invention can be gripped from a direction corresponding to the surrounding environment, and has an excellent effect of being easily attached to and detached from the protective tube.

The other end 301 of the first grip portion 30 is extended toward the side opposite to the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is mounted on the protective tube 100 so that the protective tube holder 1 can be gripped by the mounting tool 50.

The second grip portion 31 is a plate material formed in a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape, and one end of both ends located in the direction of separation between the holding pieces 20 (the end on the side connected to the horizontal plate). Is designated as one end portion 310, the other end portion is designated as the other end portion 311 and one end portion of both ends located in the linear direction is designated as one side portion 312a, and the other end portion is designated as the other side portion 312b. The length between the side portion 312a and the other side portion 312b is defined as the width dimension L3.

The second grip portion 31 includes a pair of second grip surfaces 31a, 31a that are gripped by the mounting tool 50. The second gripping surfaces 31a and 31a are surfaces facing each other in the thickness direction. The second gripping surface 31a is a rectangular surface that is long in the separation direction between the holding pieces 20 and short in the linear direction, and is a surface orthogonal to the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is attached to the protective tube 100. .. One side portion 302a of the first grip portion 30 is located outside the one end portion 310 of the second grip portion 31. The other side portion 302b of the first grip portion 30 is located at an intermediate position of the central portion in the width direction of the second grip portion 31.

Next, a method of using the protective tube holder according to the present embodiment will be described.

In the protective tube holder 1 of the present embodiment, the first gripping portion 30 has both side portions 302a and 302b located in the direction of separation between the holding pieces 20 and the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is attached to the protective tube 100. The second grip portion 31 is configured so that it can be gripped from the other end portion 301 located on the opposite side, and the second grip portion 31 is located on both side portions 312a and 312b located in the linear direction and the other end portion 311 located in the distance direction between the holding pieces 20. It is configured so that it can be gripped from. Therefore, even if there are obstacles V1 and V2 in the vicinity of at least one of the first grip portion 30 and the second grip portion 31, the first grip portion 30 or the second grip portion 31 can be moved from any of the above directions. It is configured so that it can be gripped.

First, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, when there is an obstacle V2 in the vicinity of the second grip portion 31, the pair of grip portions 51 and 51 of the mounting tool 50 causes the pair of first grip portions 30. A method of using the gripping surfaces 30a and 30a when gripping the gripping surfaces 30a and 30a will be described. In this case, the operator matches the direction of the pair of grips 51, 51 along the extension line of the axis of the operation rod of the mounting tool 50 with the direction of moving the protective tube holder 1 toward the protective tube 100. As described above, the pair of gripping portions 51, 51 of the mounting tool 50 grips the pair of first gripping surfaces 30a, 30a of the first gripping portion 30. At this time, the mounting tool 50 avoids the obstacle V2 and grips the pair of first gripping surfaces 30a and 30a of the first gripping portion 30. As a result, the force from the pair of gripping portions 51, 51 of the mounting tool 50 acts directly on the pair of holding pieces 20, 20.

The operator operated the mounting tool 50 to cover the electric wire C with the pair of first gripping surfaces 30a and 30a of the first gripping portion 13 gripped by the pair of gripping portions 51 and 51 of the mounting tool 50. The protective tube holder 1 is moved to the vicinity of the protective tube 100.

Next, the operator moves the protective tube holder 1 radially inward with respect to the protective tube 100 (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4), and moves the protective tube holder 1 into the annular recess 103b between the adjacent annular protrusions 103a and 103a. The arc surface of the introduction portion 201 of the one end portion 20a of the pair of sandwiching pieces 20 and 20 is formed on the annular convex portions 103a and 103a adjacent to each other of the protective tube 100 so that the ridge portions 202 of the pair of sandwiching pieces 20 and 20 are located. The ridge portions 202 of the pair of holding pieces 20 and 20 are brought into contact with the annular concave portions 103b between the adjacent annular convex portions 103a and 103a.

Next, the operator further moves the protective tube holder 1 inward in the radial direction of the protective tube 100, and moves the pair of holding pieces 20 and 20 toward the maximum diameter portion of the protective tube 100. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the pair of holding pieces 20 and 20 are expanded in diameter toward the maximum diameter portion of the protective tube 100. Due to this diameter increase, the pair of holding pieces 20, 20 are urged in the direction of contraction due to their own elasticity.

Next, the operator moves the protective tube holder 1 toward the center of the protective tube 100, and causes one end 20a of the holding piece 20 to exceed the maximum diameter of the protective tube 100. When one end portion 20a of the holding piece 20 exceeds the maximum diameter portion of the protective tube 100, the protruding surface 202a of the ridge portion 202 slides into contact with the annular recess 103b of the protective tube 100. As one end 20a of the holding piece 20 exceeds the maximum diameter of the protective tube 100, the ridge 202 moves along the annular recess 103b as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. As a result, the protective tube holder 1 is positioned with respect to the protective tube 100.

One end 20a of the holding piece 20 exceeds the maximum diameter of the protective tube 100, and the holding piece 20 is reduced in diameter.

Further, the pair of holding portions 102 and 102 of the protective tube 100 are inserted into the insertion space A of the connecting portion 21 as the pair of holding pieces 20 and 20 move.

As described above, due to the reduced diameter of the holding piece 20, the protective tube 100 is securely held by the protective tube holder 1, and by inserting into the insertion space A, the pair of holding portions 102 of the protective tube 100, The 102 is maintained in a state of being closed by a pair of vertical plates 210a and 210b and horizontal plates 211 of the connecting portion 21. That is, the protective tube holder 1 maintains the state in which the protective tube 100 is attached to the electric wire C, and does not come off from the electric wire C.

Since the first gripping surface 30a is along the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is mounted on the protective tube 100, when the first gripping surface 30a is gripped, the force for moving the mounting tool 50 in the moving direction is increased. The protective tube 100 works in a state where the loss is suppressed as a force for separating one end side of the sandwiching piece 20 applied to the protective tube 100 from each other. Therefore, the protective tube 100 also sandwiches the protective tube 100 that covers the flexible electric wire C. It is easy to insert between pieces 20 and 20.

While gripping the first gripping surfaces 30a and 30a of the first gripping portion 30 with the pair of gripping portions 51 and 51 of the mounting tool 50, the tip portions of the pair of gripping portions 51 and 51 of the mounting tool 50 are seconded. When the protective tube holder 1 is brought into contact with the second gripping surface 31a of the gripping portion 31 and the protective tube holder 1 is moved to the protective tube 100 side, the pair of gripping portions 51 and 51 of the mounting tool 50 are stabilized by the contact, thus protecting the protective tube holder 1. It becomes easy to attach to the tube 100.

Next, when the operator removes the protective tube holder 1 from the protective tube 100, the operator grips the first gripping surfaces 30a and 30a of the first gripping portion 30 with the pair of gripping portions 51 and 51 of the mounting tool 50 to protect the protective tube holder 1. The protective tube holder 1 is pulled from the protective tube 100 in the direction opposite to the moving direction in which the tube holder 1 is moved toward the protective tube 100, and the protective tube holder 1 is removed from the protective tube 100.

Next, when there is an obstacle V1 in the vicinity of the first grip portion 30, when the pair of grip portions 51, 51 of the mounting tool 50 grips the pair of second grip surfaces 31a, 31a of the second grip portion 31. The usage of is explained. In this case, the operator of the second grip portion 31 so that the orientation of the pair of grip portions 51, 51 of the mounting tool 50 is orthogonal to the direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is moved toward the protective tube 100. The pair of second gripping surfaces 31a, 31a are gripped. At this time, the mounting tool 50 avoids the obstacle V1 and grips the pair of second gripping surfaces 31a, 31a of the second gripping portion 31.

Next, in the same manner as described above, the operator moves the protective tube holder 1 to the vicinity of the protective tube 100 covered with the electric wire C, and makes a pair of annular protrusions 103a and 103a adjacent to the protective tube 100. One ends 20a, 20a of the sandwiching pieces 20, 20 are brought into contact with each other.

Next, the operator moves the protective tube holder 1 in the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is attached to the protective tube 100, and moves the pair of holding pieces 20 and 20 along the annular convex portion 103a to move the outer peripheral surface of the protective tube 100. Is equipped with the protective tube holder 1. That is, since the protective tube 100 is held in the mounted state by the protective tube holder 1, it does not come off from the electric wire C.

When the second gripping surface 31a of the second gripping portion 31 is gripped by the mounting tool 50, the second gripping surface 31a is along the direction orthogonal to (intersecting) the first gripping surface 30a, so that the first gripping portion 30 Compared with the case where the first gripping surface 30a of the above is gripped by the mounting tool 50, the force for moving the mounting tool 50 in the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is mounted on the protective tube 100 is more on one end side of the holding piece 20. Is difficult to transmit as a force that separates them from each other. However, since the second gripping surface 31a is along a direction orthogonal to (intersecting) the first gripping surface 30a, the second gripping surface 31a is gripped by setting the mounting tool 50 in a direction corresponding to the surrounding environment. Easy to do. That is, when there is an obstacle V in the vicinity of the first grip portion 30, the second grip portion 31 can be gripped.

As described above, the protective tube holder according to the present embodiment includes the first grip portion 30 and the second grip portion 31 that are gripped by the pair of grip portions 51, 51 of the mounting tool 50, thereby providing the surroundings. It is possible to grip from the direction according to the environment.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the protective tube holder 1 is the first of the first gripping portions 30 having lengths in the moving direction in which the protective tube holder 1 is attached to the protective tube 100 and in the direction in which the holding pieces 20 are separated from each other.
