[Prior Art] Conventionally, when natural stone such as marble is used in a water-filling portion, the natural stone is prevented from being absorbed by water and contaminated, and is prevented from being corroded by hydrochloric acid-based cleaning chemicals. Conventionally, the surface of natural stone is polished and a coating film is formed thereon.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In the surface treatment method for natural stone materials of the present invention, the surface of the plate-like stone body 1 is roughly polished and the primer 2 is primed, and the surface of the primer 2 is made smooth. The method is characterized in that an ultraviolet-curable coating material 3 is applied to a smooth surface, and then a mirror finish is performed.

[Operation] As described above, the surface of the plate-shaped stone material main body 1 is roughly polished, and the primer 2 is undercoated, the surface of the primer 2 is made smooth, and the UV curable paint 3 is applied to the smooth surface. Later, by performing mirror finishing, it is possible to avoid performing finish polishing on the stone body 1 itself, and it is sufficient that the stone body 1 is roughly polished,
It does not require much effort, and the thin stone body 1
By applying an ultraviolet-curable paint 3 on the smoothed primer 2 and mirror-finish it, it is possible to easily improve the finish, and to prevent water and chemical resistance. The sex is also sufficient.

[実施例] 以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。Examples Examples of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.

The surface of a plate-like stone material body 1 having a thickness of about 10 mm cut from a marble raw material is roughly polished. A primer 2 is primed on such a roughly polished surface as a base adjustment. Next, the surface of the primer 2 is made smooth. An ultraviolet curable paint 3 is applied on the primer 2 having such a smooth surface. After that, mirror finish is performed by buff finish.

In this manner, the surface of the plate-shaped stone body 1 is roughly polished and the primer 2 is primed, the surface of the primer 2 is made smooth, and the UV-curable paint 3 is applied to the smooth surface, and then the mirror surface By performing the finishing, it is possible to avoid performing the finish polishing on the stone body 1 itself, and it is sufficient that the stone body 1 itself is in a roughly polished state and does not require much labor.
To avoid accidental breaking or chipping.
By applying the UV curable coating material 3 to the smooth surface of the primer 2 and mirror-finishing the finish, the finish can be easily improved, and the waterproofness and chemical resistance are also sufficient. There are various primers 2, and the ultraviolet-curable coating material 3 uses a so-called hard coat type having high hardness.

[Effects of the Invention] In summary, the present invention provides a primer which is roughly polished by polishing the surface of a plate-shaped stone material body, making the surface of the primer smooth, and applying an ultraviolet curable paint to the smooth surface. After that, since the mirror finish is performed, it is possible to avoid performing the finish polishing on the stone body itself, it may be in a rough polished state, it does not require much effort, and the thin stone body is unexpectedly split. There is an advantage that the chipping or chipping can be avoided. Then, since an ultraviolet-curable paint is applied on the primer having a smooth surface and the mirror finish is applied, there is an advantage that the finish can be easily enhanced and the waterproofness and the chemical resistance can be made sufficient.
