Description: “Industrial application field” The present invention relates to a seat of a vehicle such as an automobile or a furniture, in which a cover material is brought into close contact with the surface of a cushion material to conform to the shape of the seat. The present invention relates to a member for forming a surface fastener that is attached to a cushion material side and that engages with an engagement surface formed on the material side.

"Prior Art" Generally, a cover material is formed of a three-layer structure including a skin material (for example, fabric, knit, leather, etc.), a filler pad, and a backing cloth. Then, there is also one in which a hook-and-loop fastener is adhered to the back surface of the back base cloth by means such as sewing to form an engaging surface, but at present, it is possible to engage the hook-and-loop fastener integrally with the base cloth on the back surface of the back base cloth. An engagement surface is formed. This engaging surface is provided on the entire surface of the backing base cloth or in an area necessary for conforming the cover material to the shape of the sheet. On the other hand, a plurality of strip-shaped surface fasteners are usually attached to the cushion material side at the positions necessary to make the cover material conform to the shape of the seat. It should be noted that a large number of loops are formed on the engagement surface on the cover material side, and a large number of hooks that engage with the loops are usually provided on the fastener surface of the surface fastener on the cushion material side.

There are many means for bringing the cover material into close contact with the cushion material, but as a means that is both time-consuming and inexpensive, for example, "joint structure of cushion pad such as seat and cover material" described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 64-6158. There is.

This means is a surface fastener (cover material) and a surface fastener on the cushion material side integrally attached to the cushion pad (cushion material) during foam molding of the cushion synthetic resin foam material.
The surface fastener is brought into close contact with the cushion material by joining the surface fastener provided on the.

However, in the above-mentioned means, the surface fastener placed on the mold is easy to move when the cushion material is molded. Therefore, a fastener assembly as shown in FIG. 4 is commercially available. In the figure, 21 is a base cloth, 22 is a fastener surface formed on the surface excluding the outer edge portion, and surface fasteners are formed by both 21 and 22. 23 is a paper adhesive tape placed on the fastener surface 22, and 24 is a thin strip-shaped iron magnetic material piece adhered to the surface of the adhesive tape 23. Reference numeral 25 denotes a thin synthetic resin sealing film, which covers the surface of the base cloth 21 together with the adhesive tape 23 and the magnetic piece 24, and is adhered to the outer edge of the base cloth 21 by means of heat bonding or the like.

"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" By the way, the foamed synthetic resin, which is a raw material of the cushion material, is foamed in a mold to be a product integrally molded with the fastener assembly or the surface fastener. At the time of this molding, since the foamed synthetic resin bubbles have expanded due to the reaction, no contraction has occurred. After the foaming is completed, if the product is taken out from the mold while the reaction heat is still stored inside the product, the reaction heat is lost and the air bubbles shrink when the product temperature drops to room temperature, causing the product to shrink. Wake up. Since the base cloth of the hook-and-loop fastener does not follow this contraction, the base cloth is corrugated by the amount of contraction of the cushion material, and therefore the fastener surface is also corrugated. In addition, with commercially available surface fasteners, when bent in the lengthwise direction toward the curved surface of the molding die, the magnetic piece of approximately the same length as the built-in surface fastener has an effect, and also the fastener surface is formed during molding. Cause waviness.

The waving of the fastener surface appears on the cover material joined to the cushion material, which deteriorates the appearance of the seat, and engages with the engaging portion between the engaging surface on the cover material side and the surface fastener on the cushion material side. As a result, there is a portion that does not occur, which may cause abnormal noise when sitting.

In addition, the surface of the cushion material will have a length of surface fastener on which tension acts. Therefore, even if tension is applied to the surface fastener when the cushion material bends,
The non-stretchable hook and loop fastener causes a so-called hammock condition, which adversely affects the sitting comfort.

In order to eliminate the waving of the fastener surface, the surface fastener may be divided into a plurality of fastener pieces, and those having a length such that the waving does not occur may be set in the forming die with a space.
However, in addition to increasing the number of setting steps, it causes quality problems such as variations in pitch between fastener pieces, steps, and twisting.

[Operation] First, when the fastener surface side is moved toward the molding surface of the molding die during foam molding of the cushion material, the magnetic member is attracted to the magnet arranged in the molding die, so that the surface fastener does not move. Further, since the surface fastener is divided into a plurality of parts at intervals, and the magnetic member has elasticity, it follows the curve of the molding surface well. Since each fastener piece is connected by the magnetic member, it can be set in the mold in one step.

At the time of forming the cushion material, the base fabric of the hook-and-loop fastener is impregnated with the foam synthetic resin as the raw material of the cushion material and is integrally attached to the surface of the cushion material, but each fastener piece and the magnetic member on the fastener piece are attached. Is sealed with a sealing film, so the raw material does not impregnate. Further, since the respective fastener pieces are spaced apart from each other, after the foaming is completed, even if the raw material contracts when the product is taken out, the respective fastener surfaces do not wavy.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a surface fastener 1 which is placed on the side of the fastener surface 4.
Each fastener piece 2 is a thin synthetic resin magnetic member.
And has a length that covers the gap portion, that is, almost the same length as the surface fastener 1, and a width that is narrower than the width of the base cloth 3. The magnetic member 5 is made of elastic synthetic resin having elasticity, in the embodiment, urethane foam, which is a cushion material, mixed with magnetic powder. Therefore, the magnetic member 5
This is effective because the fastener assembly can be set in a single step when the magnet is set in the molding die in which the magnet is arranged, and it does not move.
