【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は座席のクツシヨン構造に関し、更に詳
細に説明すると、所定形状に接合して形成された
裏面側に接合部を有する表皮材と、該表皮材の裏
面側に発泡合成樹脂の原液を注入して成形された
パツド材と、該パツド材の発泡成形時に発泡成形
型に挿入されたエアサポートマツトとを備える座

付部が接合されて位置決めされている事を特徴と

つエアサポートマツトが表皮材及びパツド材の所
望する位置に確実に且つ強固に取付けられ、パツ
ド材の発泡成形時に発泡圧によりエアサポートマ
ツトが移動するのを防止するために何ら他の手段
を用いる必要がなく、著しく作業能率を向上させ
得る経済性に優れた座席のクツシヨン構造を得る
事が出来る。
