本考案は、シート外観形成手段として、多様な
美的外観を持たせるため、吊り込み部の溝に巾を
持たせたシート吊り込み部における溝構造に関す

従来、シートの外観形成法の手段としては、第
1図ないし第2図に示すように、シートの変化面
の表皮2に吊り込み袋5を縫いつけ、その中に線
材6を挿入し、これをあらかじめシート変化面内
部に置かれて一体に発泡されたパツド4側の線材
7とクリツプ8により結合させたもの、あるいは
熱プレス成形法などが知られている。しかしなが
ら、前者の場合は、シートの変化面が一条の吊り
込み部1によつて分割された簡易な方法といえる
が、シート外観形成法としては単純である。ま
た、後者の場合には、シートの変化面の吊り込み
部の形成は自由自在であるが、表皮材によつては
使用不能である等の制約もあり、技術的にも困難
である。本考案は、上述した事情に鑑みてなされ
たもので、シート変化面の吊り込み部を幅を持つ
た溝にすることで、従来の一条の線で表現された
ものより、さらに多様な美的外観を呈するよう構
成したシート吊り込み部における溝構造を提供す

介して接合機能を有する第2の帯状テープを取り
付け、上記第1及び第2の帯状テープを接着によ
り接合することによつてシート変化面の吊り込み
部に一定の巾を有する吊り込み溝を形成したこと

成したことを特徴とするシート吊り込み部におけ
