(Prior Art) Conventionally, vehicle seats with a block-like three-dimensional pattern on the surface to provide a good feel and improve appearance have been made of molded foam (for example, urethane foam), as shown in Figure 5. etc.) A cushion main body (hereinafter referred to as the main body) 10 is overlaid with a foamed cushion auxiliary body (hereinafter referred to as the auxiliary body) 2 made of a plate-shaped slab material, and these are covered with a skin member 3. Hanging holes 10a, 10a..., 2a, 2 are provided in the main body 10 and the auxiliary body 2 while pulling the hanging member 4 fixed to the back surface of the skin member 3.
It was formed by inserting the spring 5 into the frame 6 and attaching it to a fixed member such as a spring 5 stretched over the frame 6. That is, the area around the hanging hole 2a in the auxiliary body 2 is crushed by hanging the skin member 3 to form a recess on the surface, and by hanging each hanging member 4..., each hanging hole 2a is crushed. By crushing the auxiliary body 2 between the inserting members 4 in a linear manner, a block-like three-dimensional pattern was formed on the surface (Fig. 6).

Therefore, a vehicle seat having such a structure has a hard main body 1.
Since the soft auxiliary body 2 is stacked on top of the 0, the seat surface feels good and is comfortable to sit on.Also, since the auxiliary body 2 is suspended together with the skin member 3, there is no unevenness on the seat surface. A three-dimensional block pattern is formed, giving the sheet a good appearance.

However, since a depression is formed on the surface of the sheet by crushing the auxiliary body 2, the depth of the depression is approximately equal to the thickness of the auxiliary body, and a deep depression is obtained. There was a problem that prevented me from doing so.

Note that in order to create deep depressions, it is sufficient to use a thick auxiliary body, but if such a auxiliary body is used, countless irregular wrinkles will occur on the surface of the sheet, which will affect the appearance of the sheet. There was a particularly bad flaw.

As shown in FIG. 2, the skin member 3 covering the cushion auxiliary bodies 2, 2' has a three-layer structure consisting of a skin, a foam material, wadding, and a wadding cover in the portion corresponding to the convex portion 12 of the cushion main body 1. By forming the block pattern, a more three-dimensional block pattern can be formed. A decorative buttonhole is provided on the surface of the skin member 3, and the legs of the decorative buttonhole are passed through the back side of the skin member 3, and a hanging member 4 is attached to the leg.

(Effects) As described above, in the present invention, the cut-in grooves are provided in the upper surface of the main body of the cushion in a grid pattern, so that the cushion auxiliary body and the skin member are suspended in the cut-in grooves by the hanging member. eaten by. Therefore, the part where the skin member is bitten appears as a grid-like groove on the sheet surface, forming a three-dimensional block pattern on the sheet surface, which is different from the conventional product. Since the cushion auxiliary body is bitten into the grooves of the cushion main body, it has a more three-dimensional appearance, and the grooves can evenly control wrinkles caused by hanging of the skin member, resulting in an attractive design. It is possible to provide vehicle seats with excellent performance and high commercial value.
