Description

Injection hook type chair cover fixing strip structure for chair foaming body
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to an injection hook type seat cover fixing strip structure with enough integral rigidity for seat foaming body.
[ background of the invention ]
Vehicle seats are manufactured by injecting a foam material into a designed mold to form a desired seat shape. In addition, the seat foam is assembled and sleeved on the seat cover part after being manufactured to form a complete seat. The manner in which the seat cover is secured to the vehicle seat foam includes a separable fastener (e.g., Velcro) utilizing hook-and-loop (hook-and-loop) commonly known as Velcro. In detail, the seat cover fixing structure is to fix the seat cover on the vehicle seat foam body by disposing the strip-shaped injection hook and hook fastener in the vehicle seat foam body and providing a fastening function by combining the hook surface of the fastener with the loop on the seat cover.
Generally, in the production process of the vehicle seat foam, the strip-shaped injection-molded hook and loop fastener is first disposed at a predetermined position in a designed mold, and then a foaming material is injected, so that the strip-shaped injection-molded hook and loop fastener is combined with the vehicle seat foam during the foaming process.
For example, FIG. 1 shows a strip of injection-molded hook and loop fastener tape 30 applied to foamed automobile seats or foamed furniture seats, as disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 8,322,002 owned by the applicant. As shown in FIG. 1, the strip-type injection-molded hook and loop fastener tape 30 includes a substrate 31, which is typically made of a material that allows a foaming substance to penetrate into the interstitial spaces of the fiber structure, such as a non-woven fabric or a fiber cloth. The strip-shaped injection-molded hook-and-loop fastener tape 30 further includes a magnetic substance layer 32 coated on the substrate 31 and a hook-and-loop tape 40 bonded on the magnetic substance layer 32. The hook strip 40 has a plurality of hooks 43 thereon to form a hook surface. In addition, the strip-shaped injection hook and tape fastener 30 further includes two side walls 33 disposed on the substrate 31 along two sides of the hook tape 40 and having a height greater than the height of the hooks 43 on the hook tape 40 for preventing the foaming material from penetrating between the hooks 43 during the foaming process of the seat cushion.
FIG. 2 shows another conventional strip-type injection-molded hook and loop fastener tape 50 applied to a foam body of a vehicle seat. As shown in fig. 2, the strip-shaped injection hook and loop fastener 50 includes a substrate 51 and a hook and loop fastener 60, and a protective layer 70 that can be matched with the hook 63 of the hook and loop fastener 60 is directly adhered to the hook and loop fastener 60 to prevent the foaming material from penetrating into the space between the hook 63 during the foaming process of the seat cushion.
Although the conventional strip-type injection hook and loop fastener applied to the foam body of the vehicle seat can achieve the effect of bonding the seat cover to the vehicle seat, they also have some disadvantages and limitations in terms of effects.
For example, in the operation of placing the strip-shaped injection hook fastener tape in the boss (particularly, the linear boss) of the foaming mold, the conventional strip-shaped injection hook fastener tape has insufficient overall rigidity and is too soft due to the material and/or structure, so that it is necessary to use both hands to place the strip-shaped injection hook fastener tape on the linear boss of the foaming mold, thereby slowing down the placing operation of the whole injection hook fastener tape and further reducing the production speed of the whole seat foam.
Therefore, there is a strong need in the vehicle seat manufacturing industry for an injection hook and loop fastener tape that has sufficient overall rigidity, is not easily bent, and can be placed on the linear boss of the foaming mold with one hand.
[ summary of the invention ]
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional injection hook type seat cover fixing strip structure for the foamed body of the vehicle seat and the limitations and inconveniences in use, an object of the present invention is to provide an injection hook type seat cover fixing strip structure which has sufficient overall rigidity, is not easily bent, and can be placed on the linear boss of the foaming mold with one hand, so that the placement operation of the seat cover fixing strip structure is simpler, more convenient and faster, thereby increasing the production speed of the foamed body of the seat and further saving the manufacturing cost.
