Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は壁面を張りつけるため,簡略化,合理化する
ための下地の支持レールと,それに固定する壁面板及び
壁面の防水を施す防水板の構造に関するものである. 従来,建築物のタイル張り工事等では,下地壁の付設
及びタイル張りつけ等は,熟練した専門的技術が必要な
複雑な工程を要し,そのため工期が長くなつたり,また
それが工事費の高くなる一因ともなつていた.またタイ
ムを下地壁に張りつける湿式工法などは,建物の老朽化
や,躯体の震動或は熱膨張が加わると,タイルが剥離し
て脱落くるなどの欠点があつた. 本発明は上記不都合を消除して,専門業者ばかりでな
く,それほど熟練を要さなくても,壁面張り工事が簡単
に能率的,しかも正確にできるような,壁面板張り用と
して,ユニット構成した壁面板張り専用の支持レール
と,それに固定する壁面後及び防水板の構造に関するも
のである. 以下図によつて実施例を説明する. 金属板を押し出し成型やロールフオーミング等によつ
て,それぞれ頂面は所定の幅をもつてT字状に水平なフ
ランジ3を張り出す,二本の突起を一対として,所定間
隔をもつて設ける.二本の突起は,上辺に位置する高い
突起2aと,また下辺に位置する低い突起2bとなるよう
に,高低の差をもつて形成する.この一対の突起2a,2b
をもつて独立した,所定の長さを有する支持レール1の
ユニットとする(図1). 支持レール間に設置する防水板7は,支持レールの長
さと同じ長さで,壁面板取りつけの間隔に合わせた幅を
有するもので,プラスチック,塩ビ等の合成樹脂や金属
板を用いて作る.防水板の長手方向周辺をそれぞれ相対
する支持レール内側の突起部2a,2bの高さに合わせて直
角に立ち上げ,コ字状断面を形成した液体とする(図
7).この防水板に断熱性能を有する素材を用いるか,
または貼り合わせて複合化するなど併用すると,断熱壁
としても一層の効果をもつ.もち論この場合,一枚の板

状に一体構成されるので,壁面板取りつけ後,たとえ目
地部から漏水しても,下地板となる支持レール1及び防
水板7で受け止め,水は縦のジョイント部の防水捨板8
