No. 57-15952 is known. In this known technology, a structure is adopted in which the roof plate is fixed with three members: the groove receiving material, the plate supporting member, and the plate stator, but the corners of the rafters or base material are always engaged with the groove receiving material. In addition to the difficulty in regulating the positioning, there was also the inconvenience that both side plate portions of the groove receiving material had to be fixed with nails. Furthermore, since there is a space on the lower surface of the groove receiving material, condensation occurs on the lower surface, and there is also the disadvantage that rainwater easily enters the interior through the gap between the roof plate and the plate stator due to capillary action. Furthermore, since the plate stator is installed above the roof surface, it is not a horizontal surface, and when a waterproof sheet is glued onto the roof surface, it creates an uneven surface that not only does not look good, but also makes it difficult to use it as a horizontal rooftop. There were also defects that made it unsuitable. Furthermore, since it is not strong enough to secure the roof panels with the plate stators alone, in order to prevent the wind from blowing up, the roof panels must be glued together using other parts containing adhesive. I couldn't escape the hassle. Moreover, the adhesive does not mix well with the metal plate, and the bonded areas tend to peel off due to thermal expansion of the metal plate, making it impossible to create a strong horizontal metal roof.

The plurality of face plates are fixed on the mounting main body by engaging with each other.
以下、実施例図に基づき本考案を詳述する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on embodiment figures.

A second engaging end portion 2b is formed in which a plurality of inclined surfaces 5 alternately continue in a substantially similar shape.

The end portion 2a and the second engaging end portion 2b can be overlapped so that their respective inclined surfaces 4 and 5 are in contact with each other.
Incidentally, an inwardly folded portion 6 is formed at the tip of the first engagement end 2a, and in the overlapping state, this folded portion 6 and the tip of the second engagement end 2b come to engage with each other. However, this is because multiple adjacent face plates 2
This folded portion 6 is not necessarily provided to temporarily hold the material in a polymerized state.

It has an upwardly opening cross-sectional shape in which an upright wall portion 8 and a plurality of engaging protrusions 9 that are located opposite to each other in correspondence with the inclined surfaces 4 and 5 of the face plate 2 are integrally formed on the upright wall portion 8. ing. still,
It is not necessary to provide the engaging protrusions 9 in a number corresponding to all of the inclined surfaces 4 and 5. For example, as shown in the figure, the engaging protrusions 9 may be set at appropriate intervals to the extent that they engage with some of the inclined surfaces 4 and 5. Just do it. Further, in this embodiment, the engagement protrusion 9 located at the top of the upright wall 8 also serves as a flange for supporting and positioning the face plate 2 from below. The mounting main body 3 is used in a long form depending on the strength requirements of the roof, but depending on the case, it may be cut to an appropriate length.

This is a case where the mounting body 3 is directly fixed on the main building 1, but is not limited to this. For example, a base material or rafters (not shown) may be laid on the main building 1, and the mounting main body 3 may be fixed on the top surface of the base material or rafters. Of course, it is possible.

At the same time, the upright wall portion 8 of the mounting body 3 corresponds to this.
In addition, the degree of coupling between the mounting body 3 and the face plate 2 is further strengthened by substantially reducing the amount of elastic deformation of the inclined surfaces 4 and 5 of the engaging protrusions 9 facing each other across the opposing interval of the engaging protrusions 9. This is what I did. still,
Figure 3 shows an example of vertical roofing in which the mounting body 3 is arranged orthogonally to the main building 1 in the same way as in Figure 1, and Figure 4 shows an example of horizontal roofing in which the mounting body 3 is arranged along the main building 1. Examples are shown for each.

The base portion 7, the standing wall portion 8, and the engaging projection portion 9 are integrally formed by pressing an elastic metal plate material such as stainless steel, so that the opposing standing wall portion 8 or the engaging projection portion 9 can be elastically deformed. This is what was planned.

Alternatively, an air layer is formed between the inclined surface 4 and the joint portion of the adjacent face plates 2, 2. In this case, it is also possible to improve watertightness and airtightness by fitting a sealing material (not shown) into the recess 21, which is the air layer.

Since they are arranged in substantially the same horizontal plane, many of the following effects can be achieved.

Because the water flows into the gutters, there is no need to worry about rain leaking.

Therefore, it can contribute to improving the durability of waterproof sheets and the like and improving the workability of laying them.

The amount of elastic deformation is suppressed, and the mounting body 3
When the degree of bonding between the base plate 2 and the face plate 2 is increased, weather resistance can be further improved.

Since it is sandwiched between the engaging protrusions 9 from the sides and held elastically, a necessary and sufficient degree of connection can be ensured.

Needless to say. However, when configuring a wall or floor surface, it is not necessary to make the mounting body 3 long enough to span the entire length of the joint of the face plate 2, and instead mount a short mounting body 3 partially or intermittently at important points such as the main building. It is enough to fix it.
