Conventionally, various construction methods have been used to provide insulation for the roofs of general wooden buildings and slate-blown roof structures, and slate-blown roofs are particularly uneconomical for buildings with relatively large roof areas, such as pigpens and cowsheds. In terms of performance and construction efficiency, heat insulation is performed using a heat insulating material that is integrally attached to the lower surface of the slate 30, as shown in FIG. However, in the roof structure as shown in the figure, there is no air layer between the slate 30 and the insulation material 31, so the insulation effect is poor, and the metal channel 32, which corresponds to the main building, inevitably protrudes downward during construction. As a result, there is a drawback that in addition to a reduction in the heat insulation effect due to heat radiation from the channel 32, dew condensation occurs in the channel, and a similar problem remains in general wooden buildings, and an improvement has been desired.

This invention was devised in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional roof insulation measures construction methods. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat insulating material fitting that can exhibit a perfect heat insulating effect without causing dew condensation on the heat insulating material connecting part, that is, the part of the heat insulating material fitting itself due to temperature differences between the inside and outside. .

In order to achieve the above object, the roof insulation material attachment of the present invention includes a first attachment that is disposed along the lower surface of the aggregate of the main building, and a second attachment that is detachable from the lower surface of the first attachment. 2 fittings, the first and second fittings hold and fix the heat insulating material, wherein the first fitting has a horizontal portion at its upper end and a lower surface of the horizontal portion. A pair of extension parts protruding downward from the bottom are provided at parallel intervals, and furthermore, these extension parts form claw pieces protruding inward at the lower ends of mutually opposing surfaces, and the second fixture is configured to A horizontal portion is formed in the extension portion, and a protrusion that fits into the extension portion is provided approximately in the center, and a claw piece that engages with the claw piece of the extension portion is formed at the upper end of the protrusion portion. , the length of the convex part of the first fixture in the direction of fitting into the extension part is made shorter than the extension part, and the upper and lower surfaces of the heat insulating material are covered by the respective horizontal parts of the first and second fixtures. It is characterized in that it can be restrained and fixed to the aggregate.

Fig. 1 shows a cross section of a heat insulating material fixture A, which includes a first fixture 1 fixed to the channel side and a second fixture 2 engaged and connected to the first fixture.
It is composed of two divided bodies, and the first
The fixture 1 has two extension parts 3, 3 extending downward with a required parallel gap in the longitudinal direction, and claw pieces 4, 4 protruding inward on the inside of the lower end of the extension parts.
is formed. The second fixture 2 is formed with a convex portion 5 projecting upward at the center thereof, and the convex portion 5 is fitted between the two extension portions 3 of the first fixture 2, and a claw formed in the convex portion 5 is formed. The piece 6 and the claw piece of the first fixture 1 are engaged with each other to prevent the first and second fixtures 1 and 2 from falling off from each other. The horizontal portion 7 of the first fixture 1 and the horizontal portions 8, 8 extending on both sides of the second fixture 2 define a concave heat insulating material engaging portion 9 toward both sides. Similarly, the hollow portion 10 defined by the extension portions 3, 3 of the first fixture 1 and the upper wall of the convex portion 5 of the second fixture 2 is also

The convex part 5 of the fixture 2 is connected to both extension parts 3 of the first fixture 1,
3, the thickness T of the heat insulating material engaging portion 9 can be varied from T to T' in FIG. This makes it possible to install the insulation material reliably.

Further, the connection in the longitudinal direction of the heat insulating material fitting A can be easily performed by fitting the connecting tool J into the heat insulating material engaging portion 9 from both sides as shown in FIG. Since the two fixtures 1 and 2 can be cut with a hacksaw or the like, they can be easily processed according to the construction area.

Describing the procedure for laying insulation on the underside of a slate blown roof using the insulation fixture 1 constructed as described above, first, when constructing a slate B roof, for example, channel C made of thin C-beam steel is placed at the required parallel spacing as a purlin. As shown in Fig. 3, the insulation fittings A are arranged so that they are perpendicular to each channel C, and the fittings A are fixed at the required parallel pitch according to the shape of the commercially available molded insulation board. be done. As shown in FIG. 4, this method of fixing the insulation material fixture A can be carried out by driving a nail N of the required length through the hollow part 10 of the fixture A, and nailing it to the lower surface of the channel C. Also, the same mounting fixture A
The connection can be similarly easily made by appropriately providing the connector J between the two fittings as described above.

The heat insulating material D is attached to the heat insulating material fixture A installed as described above, but as shown in Fig. If the heat insulating material D is fitted into the recess, both ends of the heat insulating material D can be supported and fixed by the horizontal portion 8 over its entire length. Furthermore, since the heat insulating material D has some flexibility even if it is formed into a plate shape, the above-mentioned installation work becomes easier.

Figure 5 shows a cross section of a slate B blown roof on which insulation material D has been laid. When the roof is constructed using the inventive fixture A as shown in the figure, slate B and air can be Layer E and insulation material D 3
It has a layered structure, and the insulation effect is improved due to the presence of the air layer E, which forms the middle layer, and the channel C
All of the parts except the insulation fitting A part are the lower insulation material D.
Since it is covered with the inside and is not exposed indoors, there is no chance of condensation. In addition, in Fig. 4, the heat insulating material D is not laid near the hollow part 10 in the part A of the heat insulating material fixture, but since the hollow part 10 itself has an effect as an air heat insulating layer, it works together with the upper air layer E. The heat insulating effect can be sufficiently maintained, and therefore dew condensation can be prevented from forming on the heat insulating material fitting A.

The above is related to a blown-slate roof, but the same construction can be applied to general wooden buildings, that is, the three-layer insulation structure described above is achieved by attaching the insulation fittings A to the lower surface of the main building with roofing boards and roof tiles fixed to the upper surface. It can provide complete insulation effect.

Furthermore, even if the thickness of the heat insulating material D changes to some extent, the second fixture 2 is configured so that the thickness of the heat insulating material engaging portion 9 can be changed relative to the first fixture 1. This allows for easier installation.
