According to the pressure sensor of the present invention, since it is possible to electrically connect to the electric circuit at the position of the recess provided in the pressure transducer, the assembly can be easily and reliably fixedly connected. Can be obtained. Further, since a trimming capacitor can be added to the recess of the pressure transducer, it is possible to absorb a variation in the pressure-capacity characteristic of the pressure transducer and to obtain an effect of increasing the product yield. Furthermore, since the pressure transducer has a disk shape and has no convex portions on the surface, there is an advantage that handling in manufacturing is easy.
