The device comprises a cover plate, a shell, a filtering module, a socket, a power supply, a calculation compensation module and a pressure sensitive component; the filter and the socket are designed into a module, the length can be reduced by 20%, the weight of the product is reduced to about 125g after the structure is adopted, the requirements of customers on miniaturization and light weight of the pressure sensor are met, and the filter and the socket are extremely advantageous in the industry. Meanwhile, the product adopts a modularized design idea, so that the assembly and the debugging are convenient; the socket can be replaced according to the needs of customers without modifying other structures, so that the technical state management of the product is facilitated. The structure commonality is strong, simultaneously also greatly reduced price.

The invention belongs to the field of pressure sensors, and particularly relates to a miniaturized pressure sensor.
Background
The pressure sensors are applied to measuring the working state, flight attitude, navigation parameters, the working state of a power device and the like of the airplane, and the application number is increasing. Along with the increasing strictness of the requirements of the shipboard aircraft and the unmanned aerial vehicle on the weight, the requirements on the weight and the volume of the matched pressure sensor are more and more light. In order to meet the use requirements of shipboard aircrafts, unmanned aerial vehicles and the like on the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor needs to be miniaturized and improved in light weight; many modules inside the pressure sensor need to be integrated to form a new module that is small in size and light in weight. The filter module and the socket module inside the traditional pressure sensor are mutually independent and connected through cables, so that a large amount of space inside the pressure sensor is occupied, and the product is large in size and heavy in weight. In order to solve the problem, a novel module with small volume and light weight is formed through the innovative integrated design of the filter and the socket inside the pressure sensor, so that the aim of compressing the volume and the weight of the pressure sensor is fulfilled. The pressure sensor with innovative design has small volume, strong universality and wide application range, and is popularized as a standardized product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a design that a filter and a socket are mutually matched, the filter and the socket are designed into one module, the length can be reduced by 20 percent, and therefore, the volume of a pressure sensor is greatly reduced, and the miniaturization of the pressure sensor is realized; meanwhile, the improved module is a closed equipotential body, so that the filtering performance of the module is greatly improved.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a miniaturized pressure sensor comprises a cover plate, a shell, a filtering module, a socket, a power supply, a calculation compensation module and a pressure sensitive component; the power supply and the calculation compensation module are fastened through a support, the support is fixedly connected to the pressure sensitive assembly, the filtering module is provided with a small hole for a welding cup on the socket to pass through, the filtering module is connected with the power supply, the power supply is electrically connected with the calculation compensation module through a welding column, and the cover plate and the shell form electromagnetic sealing after coating the filtering module; the filtering module is fixed on the bush, and the bush is provided with three evenly-divided clamping grooves to prevent the filtering module from moving axially.
The cover plate and the shell are made of metal.
The thickness of the electromagnetic sealing cavity formed by the cover plate and the shell is larger than the height of the common-mode inductor on the filter module.
The number of the common mode inductors is 2.
The form of the filter module connected with the power supply is divided into a current mode and a voltage mode, and the current mode is directly connected with the power supply through two welding columns; voltage type: two welding columns are connected with a power supply, and the other two welding columns are connected with a calculation compensation module;
the cover plate is provided with welding column through holes, and insulating guide columns are embedded in the welding column through holes.
The circumference of the bush is provided with an anti-rotation groove, and the protrusion on the filtering module is matched with the groove to prevent the rotation of the filtering module.
The socket 4 is J599/25YA35 PN.
The purpose of compressing the lengths of the socket and the filter assembly is achieved through the structure.
The invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, through the optimized design of the socket and the filter assembly, the combined length of the original socket and the filter assembly is compressed from 50mm to 40mm, and the combined length is compressed by 10mm in the length direction, so that the overall length of the pressure sensor is reduced by 10 mm. The whole length of the pressure sensor is reduced by 12.5%, and the miniaturization of the pressure sensor is realized. At present, the weight of the pressure sensor is generally about 150g, and the weight of a product is reduced to about 125g after the structure is adopted, so that the requirements of customers on miniaturization and light weight of the pressure sensor are met, and the pressure sensor has great advantages in the industry. Meanwhile, the product adopts a modularized design idea, so that the assembly and the debugging are convenient; the socket can be replaced according to the needs of customers without modifying other structures, so that the technical state management of the product is facilitated. The cover plate 1 and the shell 2 are made of metal, and form an equipotential body to realize electromagnetic sealing.
The thickness of the electromagnetic sealing cavity formed by the cover plate 1 and the shell 2 is larger than the height of the common-mode inductor on the filter module 3. The main functional device in the filtering module 3 is a common mode inductor, and the number of the common mode inductors is 2. In order to ensure that the filtering of the common mode inductor does not influence the normal work of other components, the filtering is carried out in the electromagnetic sealing cavity.
The form that filtering module 3 connects the power divide into current mode and voltage type, and the current mode is directly connected with the power through two weld columns, voltage type: two welding columns are connected with a power supply, and the other two welding columns are connected with a calculation compensation module;

Because the socket is a standard component and cannot be modified, the integration of the socket and the filter can be realized only by modifying the filter. The filter circuit board is designed into an annular structure, and the socket welding cup penetrates through the round hole in the middle of the filter circuit board, so that the purpose of reducing the length is achieved. The weight of the product is reduced to about 125g after the structure is adopted, the requirements of customers on miniaturization and light weight of the pressure sensor are met, and the pressure sensor has great advantages in the industry. Claims (8)
1. A miniaturized pressure sensor is characterized by comprising a cover plate (1), a shell (2), a filtering module (3), a socket (4), a power supply, a calculation compensation module and a pressure sensitive component; the power supply and the calculation compensation module are fastened through a support, the support is fixedly connected to the pressure sensitive assembly, the filtering module (3) is provided with a small hole for a welding cup on the socket (4) to pass through, the filtering module (3) is connected with the power supply, the power supply is electrically connected with the calculation compensation module through a welding column, and the cover plate (1) and the shell (2) form electromagnetic sealing after coating the filtering module (3); the filtering module (3) is fixed on the lining (8), and three uniformly distributed clamping grooves are formed in the lining (8) to prevent the filtering module (3) from moving axially.

The miniaturized pressure sensor of claim 1, wherein the filter module (3) is connected with a power supply in a current mode and a voltage mode, and the current mode is directly connected with the power supply through two welding columns; voltage type: two welding columns are connected with a power supply, and the other two welding columns are connected with a calculation compensation module.
6. The miniaturized pressure sensor of claim 1 wherein the cover plate (1) is formed with a solder post passing hole, and the solder post passing hole is embedded with an insulating guide post (9).
7. A miniaturized pressure sensor according to claim 1, characterized in that the bush (8) is provided with an anti-rotation groove in the circumferential direction, and the protrusion of the filter module (3) is matched with the groove to prevent the filter module (3) from rotating.
