2. Description of the Related Art In arc welding, spatters scattered during welding are apt to adhere to the surface of a work in a considerably wide area. In order to remove the attached spatters, they must be separated by applying a blow with a chisel or other tool. This requires not only the work surface to be easily damaged but also a great deal of labor. In addition, there is also known a method in which a spatter adhesion preventing liquid in which a synthetic resin, a surfactant, etc. is mixed with water is manually applied to a work surface with a brush, and the adhesion preventing liquid is dried before welding. Sputter adhesion could not be sufficiently prevented because the effect of preventing adhesion was not always sufficient and non-uniform coating was likely to be applied by hand coating. In addition, since the adhesion preventing liquid may easily cause a blowhole in a welded portion, for example, the method described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No.
As described in the specification of No. 7691, stop using sputter deposition inhibitor, means for scraping the deposited sputtered with a brush is also considered.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention focuses on the fact that when the work surface is wet with a spatter anti-adhesion liquid, the anti-adhesion liquid has a high anti-adhesion effect and can be easily removed even if spatter adheres. It is an object of the present invention to enable easy and quick removal of spatter.

Means for solving the above problems in the present invention are a robot for holding and operating a welding electrode on an arm, and a sputter attached to the arm so as to point to the tip end of the electrode. A spray device for applying an anti-adhesion liquid, and a control device that, after spraying the spatter anti-adhesion solution on the surface of the work by the spray device, performs a welding operation by the electrode within a time when the spatter anti-adhesion solution is not dried. It is characterized by having.

Since the above means is provided, the work surface and the electrode
The surface is coated with a spatter adhesion inhibitor just before welding,
The welding operation is performed before this dries. Therefore, even if the spatter scatters, the surface of the work and the surface of the electrode are wet with the spatter adhesion preventing liquid.
Sputter does not adhere firmly, and even if it adheres, it can be easily removed.

Welding wire 6 as an electrode as well as the flange plate 22;
Spatter adhesion preventing liquid is also sprayed on the wire holder 5, and welding is performed before the adhesion preventing liquid dries. Since the flange plate 22 is heated by the welding heat and dries easily , the spray of the anti-adhesion liquid is performed every time each hole is welded, or is collectively performed within a range not drying.
