具によつてシリンダチユーブの外周に直に締め付けるよ
うになつていたため、位置検出子が移動しないように強
く締め付けると、その締付力により位置検出子が破損す
ることがあり、また、油圧シリンダでは作動油の温度が
100〜200℃程度に上昇することがあるが、このような場
合に、磁気センサが高温にさらされて検出精度が低下す
る欠点があつた。

突出し、そのボルトに蝶ナットを螺合してその位置検出
子を案内部材の任意の位置に固定する構成とした。

によつて位置検出子に大きな力を作用させずにしっかり
としかも工具なしで容易に固定することでき、また、固
定位置の調節を容易に行なうことができるとともに、案
内部材をヘッドカバーとロッドカバーに形成した取付溝
に嵌入してシリンダチユーブとの間に断熱材を介入させ
て固定したからシリンダチユーブから位置検出子への熱
の伝達を阻止することができて、温度による検出精度の
低下を回避することができる効果がある。

ツド13により結合されており、ピストンロツド6はロツ
ドカバー10の中心孔14を緊密に貫通している。

気センサ23の精度低下が防止され、さらにまた、リード
線28を案内溝17内に通すようにしたから配線が容易であ
