That is, a hydraulic pipe must be provided between the hydraulic actuator 82 of the valve unit VU and the electromagnetic valve stand 83 arranged at various places in the ship. However, as described above, the location of the valve unit VU is usually 50 to 300, so the number of hydraulic pipes is extremely large, it takes a considerable period of time for piping work, and enormous costs must be borne. There is a problem that it does not.

This allows flexibility in the mounting position and directionality of the package unit PU. For this reason, the package unit PU can be freely arranged in a vertical position such as an upright direction or an inverted direction, or a horizontal position such as a horizontal direction or an inclined direction, and the supply of pressure oil to the actuator 2 is guaranteed.

Although it is configured by a hydraulic circuit including the valve 3b, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, a configuration in which the actuator 2 is reciprocated by driving the hydraulic pump 5b itself forming the hydraulic drive source 5 in the normal and reverse directions. Is also good.

Therefore, when constructing a remote control system for each package unit PU, as shown in FIG. It is sufficient that the central control mechanism including the / A converter 11 is connected to each package unit PU by an electric line, and the conventional hydraulic piping on board is not required.

According to the present invention, the oil tank 7 of the hydraulic system HS in the unit PU is
, And the hydraulic oil in the tank 7 is charged to the actuator 2 at a predetermined pressure, so that the valve unit VU is always good regardless of the attitude and direction of the package unit PU. It is possible to make the mounting posture and the directionality of each package unit PU assured.
By constructing the pressurized tank 7 having the pressurized cylinder 9, it is not necessary to separately provide a pump or the like, and the advantage of the mounting space due to the compactness of the unit is exhibited. It has an excellent effect in that it has achieved its purpose.
