(Prior Art) A conventional bushing for glass fiber spinning comprises a bushing plate 1 as shown in FIG.
Is stretched on a box-shaped frame 3 provided on both left and right sides by a surface 5 with reinforcing ribs 4, and the molten glass in the frame 3 is supplied from a nozzle 6 of the bushing plate 1 by heating through a terminal 2. This is to perform discharge spinning.

When the bushing for glass fiber spinning is exposed to a high temperature for a long time, the bushing plate 1 deteriorates in softening,
Furthermore, the fiber hangs down due to its own weight and the weight of the molten glass, so that the spinning diameter varies.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A bushing for glass fiber spinning of the present invention for solving the above problems is a bushing for glass fiber spinning made of Pt or a Pt alloy in which a bushing plate is reinforced and held from below. The holder is made of Si 3 N 4 , and at least the surface of the holder in contact with the bushing plate is Al 2 O 3 or ZrO
It is characterized in that two films are coated.

(Action) As described above, the bushing for glass fiber spinning of the present invention comprises:
Since the holder for reinforcing and holding the bushing plate is made of Si 3 N 4 having excellent material strength and heat resistance at high temperatures, the life is significantly increased. Since the Al 2 O 3 or ZrO 2 film is coated on the surface of the holder that directly contacts the Pt or Pt alloy bushing plate, the Si in the Si 3 N 4 of the holder at high temperature becomes Pt of the bushing plate. Or P
The alloy does not diffuse and contaminate the t alloy, so that no embrittlement occurs in the bushing plate, and no cracking or melt fracture occurs.

(Embodiment) An embodiment of the bushing for glass fiber spinning according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. A bushing plate made of Pt having a thickness of 1.2 mm, a width of 70 mm and a length of 500 mm having a number of nozzles 6 having an inner diameter of 1.5 mm. 1 is a 50mm deep, width with 8mm thick, 30mm high and 40mm long electric heating terminals 2 on both sides
Box-shaped Pt frame 3 of 50mm, length 500mm, thickness 1.5mm, width
In a bushing for glass fiber spinning stretched by a surface 5 having a reinforcing rib 4 having a length of 10 mm and a length of 50 mm, the bushing plate 1 is disposed at an interval of 100 mm below the left and right of an intermediate portion of the bushing plate 1. Holder 7 reinforced and held from below is Si

Since the bushing plate 1 is reinforced and held by the holder 7, the bushing for glass fiber spinning thus configured is exposed to a high temperature for a long time by spinning glass fiber such as glass fiber or continuous glass filament. Even though the bushing plate 1 was softened or deteriorated, it did not sag due to its own weight and the weight of the molten glass, and thus the spinning diameter did not vary. The holder 7 has excellent material strength and heat resistance at high temperatures.
Since it is made of Si 3 N 4 , the life of the holder 7 is twice as long as that of the holder made of Al 2 O 3 alone. Furthermore, since the Al 2 O 3 film 8 is coated on the surface of the holder directly contacting the Pt bushing plate 1, Si in the Si 3 N 4 of the holder 7 diffuses into Pt of the bushing plate 1 at a high temperature. Without contamination,
Therefore, no embrittlement occurred in the bushing plate, and no cracking or melt fracture occurred.
As a result, glass fibers such as stable quality glass fibers and continuous glass filaments could be obtained.

Although the Al 2 O 3 coating 8 of the holder 7 in the glass fiber spinning bushing of the above embodiment is coated by sputtering, it may be coated by vapor deposition, coating, pressure welding, or the like.

(Effect of the Invention) As can be seen from the above description, the bushing for glass fiber spinning of the present invention has a high strength at high temperature in a holder that holds a bushing plate made of Pt or Pt alloy reinforced from below,
Since it is made of Si 3 N 4 with excellent heat resistance, its life is extremely long, and the surface of the holder that directly contacts the bushing plate is covered with Al 2 O 3 or ZrO 2 film. At high temperatures, the Si in the holder Si 3 N 4 does not diffuse into the Pt or Pt alloy of the bushing plate and contaminates it.Therefore, no embrittlement occurs on the bushing plate, cracks occur, and melt fracture occurs Therefore, there is an effect that stable quality glass fiber can be obtained.
