【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、メインギアとサブギア
を軸方向に離してバネを介して接続したヘリカル型のバ
ックラッシュエリミネータギアを他のギアと組付ける際
に使用する組付治具に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】ヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリミネー
タギアにおいては、第２図に示すように、メインギアと
サブギアを軸方向に離してバネを介して接続することに
より、メインギアとサブギアの歯の位相をずらし、ギア
のバックラッシュを防止している。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】ところが、このような
ヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリミネータギアに他のギ
アを組付る場合、メインギアとサブギアの歯の位相がず
れているため、歯が他のギアの歯とぶつかりキズがつい
てしまうという問題があった。そのため、メインギアと
サブギアを手で接触した状態で固定して、メインギアと
サブギアの歯の位相を合わせた状態で他のギアに組付け
なければならず、作業が煩雑で多大な労力を有するとい
う問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】そこで、本考案では、バ
ックラッシュエリミネータギアが組付けられる軸に固定
可能な取付部を有する胴体部、同胴体部から軸方向に伸
び前記胴体部が前記軸に取付けられた際に前記バネに抗
して前記メインギアと前記サブギアを接触した状態で固
定する脚部からなるバックラッシュエリミネータギア組
付治具を使用する。

【作用】この構成によれば、治具をバックラッシュエリ
ミネータギアに取付けることによりメインギアとサブギ
アが接触した状態で固定され、歯の位相が一致する。そ
のため他のギアと歯がぶつかることなく簡単に固定する
ことができる。

【実施例】実施例として治具の形状を第１図に示す。治
具は胴体部１と胴体部から延びる脚部２からなる。胴体
部１の中央には第２図に示すバックラッシュエリミネー
タギアが固定される軸部４の先端に設けられた雄ねじ５
と嵌合する雌ねじ３が設けられている。第３図に示すよ
うに、雌ねじ３を雄ねじ５に取付けると、軸方向に延び
る脚部２がバックラシュエリミネータギア６のサブギア
７を皿バネ８に抗してメインギア９の方向に押し付けて
接触、固定する。この状態では、バックラッシュエリミ
ネータギア６のメインギア９とサブギア７の歯の位相は
一致しているため、他のギアと容易に組付けることがで
きる。尚、上記実施例では固定部として軸側を雄ねじ、
治具側を雌ねじとしたが、逆でもかまわないし、摩擦等
の他の固定手段を使用することもできる。

【考案の効果】以上のように、本考案に係る治具を使用
すればヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリミネータギアの
メインギアとサブギアの位相を容易に合わせることがで
き、他のギアとの組付を歯にキズをつけることなく容易
に行うことができる。

ックラッシュエリミネータギアに本考案の治具を取付け

  1. 【請求項１】 メインギアとサブギアを軸方向に離して
    バネを介して接続したヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリ
    ミネータギアの組付に使用する治具であって、前記バッ
    クラッシュエリミネータギアが組付けられる軸に固定可
    能な取付部を有する胴体部、同胴体部から軸方向に伸び
    前記胴体部が前記軸に取付けられた際に前記バネに抗し
    て前記メインギアと前記サブギアを接触した状態で固定
    する脚部からなることを特徴とするバックラッシュエリ
    ミネータギア組付治具。
