に、スロワー羽根によって打撃を与えて単粒化しながら
上方へ打ち出し、上端の二番還元口から選別部へ還元す
るようにしてあった。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、脱穀処理物の
量が多かったり、湿っていたり、或いは難脱粒品種であ
ったりすると、スロワー羽根による打撃だけでは余り効
果的に単粒化することができなかった。本発明は、この
ような実情に鑑み、脱穀作業の条件や品種等に応じて、
二番物を良好にかつ十分に単粒化して選別部に還元でき

物を選別部へ還元する経路中に、二番物打ち出し用の羽
根を設けてある脱穀装置において、前記羽根を内装する
ケースの周壁に、スリットを内外貫通状態で形成すると
ともに、このスリットを形成したケース周壁の外側に離
れた位置で受刃を固定支持する支持部を前記ケースに設
け、前記支持部は、外部から先端側を前記スリットに差
し込んだ受刃の後端側を支持する装着状態と、前記後端
側の支持を解除して受刃の先端側を前記スリットから抜
き出す取り外し状態とに、ケース外部からの操作で受刃
を着脱自在に構成してあることを特徴構成とする。かか

支持する状態で支持部がケースに設けられているので、
この支持部が、ケースのスリット周りの補強部材を兼ね
るとともに、受刃を直接ケースに連結固定する場合より
も受刃がスリットを通して保持されることもあって、支
持強度が高いものとなる。 【0006】 【発明の効果】その結果、受刃を単にスリットを通した
状態でケース内に臨ませたり、そのスリットから抜き出
すだけの簡単な切換操作で、脱穀処理物の量や乾湿、或
いは品種に応じて、受刃による作用を適当に与えられる
ため、二番物の損傷を招く虞少なく良好にかつ十分に単
粒化することができ、再脱穀能力の高いものとなる。し
かも、ある程度ケース強度を損なう虞のあるスリットを
形成するものでありながら、そのスリット周りに対する
支持部の補強効果によってケース強度も高められ、さら
に、受刃の支持強度も高いものにでき、耐久性の高い処
理構造を得ることができるに至った。 【0007】 【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。図4に、刈取前処理部A、脱穀部B、選別部C及
び回収部Dを備えた全稈投入型コンバインが示されてい
る。 【0008】前記刈取前処理部Aは、植立穀稈を引き起
こしながら機体後方に掻き込むリール1、掻き込まれた
穀稈を刈り取る刈取装置2、刈取穀稈を刈幅中間に搬送

軸芯P周りで回転する軸流型である。この扱胴6に扱き
処理された処理物は、受網9を漏下して選別部Bに落下
する。一方、受網9上に残った非漏下物は、扱歯8と受
歯9aによって継続的な扱き処理を受けながら後方へ送
られていく。尚、扱室5の前部上方の空間を利用して運
転席10を設けてあり、刈取作業を真近に見下ろしなが
ら運転できるようになってい。 【0010】前記選別部Cは、受網9から漏下してきた
漏下物を単粒化した籾である一番物と、枝付き籾を多く
含む二番物と、ワラ屑とに選別するものであり、一対の
揺動選別板間に亘って上下二段のチャフシーブ12,1
3、及びグレンシーブ14を配備して一体揺動可能にす
ると共に、それらの前方下方に選別風を送る唐箕15を
設けて構成してある。前記上端のチャフシーブ12の前
部にはグレンパン16を、又、下段のチャフシーブ13
の後部にはストローウォーカ17を連設してある。 【0011】前記回収部Dは、選別部Cの下方に配置し
てあり、選別部Cから落下してきた一番物を回収し、一
番スクリュウー18aによって横一側に搬送する一番物
回収部18と、二番物を回収し、二番スクリュー19に
よって横一側に搬送する二番物回収部19とからなる。
一番物回収部18の搬送終端には揚穀装置20が接続し
てあり、搬送されてきた一番物を穀粒タンクTへ送るよ
うにしてある。また、二番スクリュー19aの終端に
は、打ち出し用の羽根としてスロワー羽根21を連接し
てあり、搬送されてきた二番物を選別部Cへ還元するよ
うにしてある。詳述すると、図1に示すように、前記ス
ロワー羽根21を内装するスロワーケース22に還元ス
クリューコンベア23を連設し、この還元スクリューコ
ンベア23に内装された還元スクリュー23aの上端に
放出羽根24を設けてあり、スロワー羽根21によって
スロワーケース22から打ち出された二番物を還元スク
リュー23aによって揚送した後、放出羽根24によっ
て二番還元口25から選別部C上へ放出するようにして
ある。 【0012】前記スロワーケース22の周壁には、下部
と後部の2箇所にそれぞれ4本のスリット22aを周方
向に沿った向きに且つ並列に形成してある。更に、スリ
ット22aが形成された周壁の外面には、受刃27の支
持部として、同一形状のスリット26aが形成された取
付台26を固定してあり、この取付台26に4枚の三角
形の受刃27が並設された基板28をボルト締めし、図
2に示すように受刃27を取付台26とスロワーケース
22のスリット26a,22aに差込めるようにしてあ
る。この受刃27は、スロワーケース22内に搬送され
てきた二番物を解し、スロワー羽根21が二番物に与え
る打撃をより効果的にするものであり、脱穀処理物が難
脱粒品種であるような場合に使用される。脱穀処理物が
大豆のように脱粒容易なものにおいては、図3に示すよ
うに基板28を裏にして受刃27が外向きになるように
ボルト締めし、開放されたスロワーケース22のスリッ
