2. Description of the Related Art It is important for a double floor to be laid under the floor, as the name of the free access floor, to freely lay the wiring under the floor and to draw the wiring to the floor at an arbitrary location. Conventionally, when wiring under the floor, the work was done by removing the floor plate itself of the free access floor. Floor slab surfaces are usually uneven or uneven, making it difficult to construct a horizontal, free-access floor, even for professionals. Even if the floor is raised when the floor is completed, if you move the floor board for wiring, the degree of force changes, and because the wiring cord etc. gets caught, the legs move, When the floorboard moves, the floorboard does not completely return to its original state, the level of the free access floor goes wrong, and it becomes unstable,
There were drawbacks such as unevenness on the surface, wobbling, and squeaking noise. In addition, in order to install outlets, conventionally, a notch was previously provided in the center or a part of the side of the floorboard, and the notch was covered with a thin iron plate or the like. However, when a part of the floorboard is cut off, the strength is greatly reduced and there is a problem that the floorboard is cracked. Therefore, the cutout can be opened only as small as to drop the bottom of the outlet.

In order to solve these problems, according to the present invention, an access path from below the floor is formed without moving a floor plate, and a large space extending up and down is used for wiring work and the like. It is intended to facilitate wiring work under the floor. For this reason, in the present invention,
An access frame is formed by forming a support frame with two or more support frame members , and mounting a lid plate that is easy to attach / detach or open / close on the support frame.
The access floorboard is formed with the top
So that it is flush with the top of the free access floor
And lay it in place . By opening the lid plate, an access path connecting the top and bottom of the floor is formed.

Embodiment 1 Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. A rod-shaped support frame member 1 made of aluminum extrusion and having a rectangular tube-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. A hollow portion 11 is provided in the main body of the support frame member 1, an insertion groove 13 having a holding edge 12 on both sides is provided on a bottom surface of the main body, and a lid receiver 14 is provided on an inner side surface. The width of the upper surface is 5 cm, the height is 3 cm,
The width of the lid receiver 14 is 2 cm, and the depth to the upper surface is 2 cm.
As shown in FIG. 2, a lid plate 2 made of a plate having a cross section of a harmonica shape is formed by aluminum extrusion. Thickness is support frame material 1
Is 2 cm and the width is 20 cm, which is the same as the depth of the lid receiver 14 . 3. Formation of Access Floor Plate As shown in FIG. 3, the four support frame members 1 are connected with the lid receiver 14 inside, thereby forming a square frame-type support frame 10 with a side of 50 cm. A reinforcing member 31 made of a steel angle is inserted into the hollow portion 11 at the corner to be connected. As shown in FIG. 4, at the four corners, nuts 32 are loaded into the insertion grooves 13 and fixed with glue, and the nuts are screwed with auxiliary legs 34 formed of bolts having an operation groove 33 for a driver at the upper end. In particular providing the operation hole 15 in the support frame member 1 in place on the bolt
The support frame can be leveled with the surrounding floorboard
Becomes Since it is necessary to be continuous with the wiring space below the surrounding free access floor, it is important that the support frame 10 be lifted from the slab and installed with a space formed between the support frame 10 and the slab. . As shown in FIG. 3 described above, two cover plates 2 are dropped in parallel in the frame of the support frame 10 to form the access floor plate 3. When the cover plate 2 is erected on the support frame 10, the upper surfaces of the two should be the same plane. In some cases, the cover plate may be attached to the support frame using hinges or the like. If a part of the front end of the cover plate 2 is cut out to form the wiring outlet 21, the cord 4 can be pulled out even when the cover plate 2 is closed. Since both sides of the wiring outlet 21 are mounted on the lid receiver 14, there is no need to worry about strength. Installation of Access Floor Board The access floor board 3 formed as described above is installed at a desired location on a free access floor on which a floor board 5 having a side of 50 cm is laid, as shown in FIG. The height is set to be the same as the other floor boards 5. Access floorboard 3
Is formed in the same size as the general floor plate 5, and can be replaced at any position.

[Embodiment 2] The same support frame member 1 and cover plate 2 as those in Embodiment 1 are used. Formation of cross-shaped access path When wiring work, remove the cover plate 2 and access path 3
Although the floor 5 can be formed, as shown in FIG. 6, when a plurality of access floors 3 are installed in a straight line or a cross shape in the case of constructing the floor 5, the workability of the subsequent wiring work is very high. Good. When the access floorboards 3 are continuously installed in this manner, the plane shape of the access floorboard 3 may be rectangular. As shown in FIG. 7, two long supporting frame members are parallel at a spacing of 30 cm, and a narrow lid plate 2 of 5 to 10 cm is placed between the supporting frame members 1 on both sides at a long interval of about 1 m. And a cover plate 2
Are screwed to the lid receiver 14 to form the elongated support frame 10. When the cover plate 2 is removed, a groove-shaped access path 35 can be formed, which is convenient.

Third Embodiment In the first embodiment, an example is shown in which an access floor plate is applied between square floor plates each having a support leg at each of the four corners. In this example, the access floor plate is supported by a common bundle at the corners of the four floor plates. An example is shown in which an access path is formed on a free access floor that is located. As shown in FIG. 8, the supporting frame 1 is placed on the bundle 6 supporting the floor plate 5 of the four free access floors abutting each other at the corner, and lifting the bundle from the slab 8. At a position slightly lowered by the thickness of the plate, a lid receiver 14 protruding from the side surface of the support frame member is provided. A little far away

The access floor plate 3 is formed by erection of the cover plate 2 between the receiving floor plate and the receiver.
You. The lid plate can be easily removed and is
Can be easily connected to the access path 35. Although the size of the access floorboard is not particularly limited, it is usually convenient and convenient to make it the same size as a general floorboard. However, the shape can be such that one side is the same as the floorboard and the other side is formed narrower, or one side is a multiple of the floorboard and the other side is narrower, and is determined by the method of forming the access path. There is no particular limitation on the material.
Since the access floorboard needs to have a load bearing strength equivalent to that of a general floorboard, the material and the like are also determined from that point. The supporting frame material needs to be strong enough to receive a load by itself. In order to form a wide access path, the cover plate has a longer supporting interval, and therefore requires a correspondingly higher strength. If the support span is narrow, plastic or the like can be used. In order to make the place where the access floorboard is installed clear even after the finishing material is installed, it is necessary to change the color of the finishing material laid on the access floorboard or apply a pattern, etc. It is convenient because the access road is easy to understand at the time of construction.
