[Problem to be solved by the invention] That is, for example, Shogan 5
No. 7-32 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. Sho 61-177651, since the detergent introduction hole and the air introduction hole for supplying the detergent and the like are located downstream from the nozzle for injecting the pressurized water, the injection from the nozzle is performed. It is easy for the pressure water to flow back to the detergent introduction hole, and for that purpose, it is necessary to provide a plurality of check valves,
There is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and the initial cost becomes high. For example, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 56-11
No. 2671 has a problem that the back pressure is high due to the closed end, and the pressurized water jetted from the nozzle flows out of the air introduction hole, making a practical wall panel impossible. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and aims at activating water while having a simple structure and making full use of the properties of a detergent as a surfactant. An object of the present invention is to provide a detergent mixing device.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, a detergent mixing apparatus according to the present invention has a negative pressure forming pipe formed at a base end of a detergent mixing pipe. An air inlet and a detergent inlet are formed in the tube wall of the nozzle, and the injection port of the nozzle is disposed in the negative pressure forming pipe, and the openings of both the inlets are opposed to each other in the vicinity of the nozzle of the nozzle.
In addition, the negative pressure forming pipe is formed in a cylindrical shape having the same diameter or gradually expanding from the upstream side to the downstream side of the nozzle portion, and the bent tube portion is formed in the detergent-mixed pipe downstream of the negative pressure forming tube. The inner wall surface of the bent tube portion is formed so as to be located on an extension of the central axis of the nozzle portion.

According to the detergent mixing device of the present invention, the jet water jetted from the nozzle is surrounded by the air sucked from the air introduction hole of the negative pressure forming pipe, and the jet speed is maintained as it is at high speed. It is possible to run in the detergent-containing pipe, and at the same time, to draw in the suction air and the detergent from the air inlet and the detergent inlet into the pipe wall of the negative pressure forming pipe. In addition, since the bent pipe portion is formed at the end of the detergent-mixed pipe so that the inner wall surface of the bent pipe portion is located on an extension of the central axis of the nozzle portion, the jet water that entrains the surrounding suction air is formed. Can violently collide with the inner wall surface of the bent tube portion of the detergent-mixed conduit. In this way, by increasing the speed of the jet water injected from the nozzle, inhaling the air, and suddenly colliding the jet water, the jet water can be changed to high-vibration activated water that generates high energy, and this activation is performed. By mixing the water thus obtained and the detergent sucked from the detergent introduction hole of the negative pressure forming tube, it is possible to make full use of the properties of the detergent as a surfactant.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a bathroom shower head having a detergent mixing device. A negative pressure forming pipe portion 2 is formed at the base end of the head main body (detergent mixing pipe) 1, and the central axes of the head main body 1 and the negative pressure forming pipe 2 are aligned with each other. An air inlet 3 and a detergent inlet 7 are formed in the tube wall of the part 2. A detergent tank 71 is connected to the detergent introduction hole 7 via a detergent supply pipe 72, and a cock 73 is attached to the detergent supply pipe 72. In the negative pressure forming pipe 2, an injection port 4 a of a nozzle part 4 formed to be tapered is disposed, and the central axes of the nozzle part 4 and the negative pressure forming pipe 2 are aligned. The opening portions of the air introduction hole 3 and the detergent introduction hole 7 are respectively near the injection port 4a of the nozzle portion 4 and are orthogonal to the injection axis of the injection water indicated by W in the drawing from the nozzle portion 4;
It is formed at substantially the same position with respect to the direction of injection from the nozzle unit 4 (injection water indicated by W in the figure). A bent tube portion 5 is formed at the tip of the head body 1, and the inner wall surface 5 a of the bent tube portion 5 is configured to be located on an extension of the central axis of the nozzle portion 4. In addition, the bent tube portion 5 of the head body 1
Is formed with a shower blowout hole 6 at its tip end surface.

[0007] In the bathroom shower head constructed as described above, the nozzle portion 4 is connected to a faucet of a tap water of a general household or a faucet of a hot water supply device via a shower hose H when used. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the jet water W is jetted from the nozzle portion 4, and when the jet water W spreads completely in the negative pressure forming pipe 2, the spread portion is connected to the shower blowout small hole 6 side. A large negative pressure is formed in a portion of the negative pressure forming pipe 2 on the nozzle portion 4 side. Due to the large negative pressure thus formed, air is sucked in from the air introduction hole 3 communicating with the atmosphere. At the same time, the suction air and the detergent are drawn into the tube wall of the negative pressure forming tube 2 from the air introduction hole 3 and the detergent introduction hole 7, and both are finely mixed with the jet water W.

The sucked air surrounds the jet water W to prevent the cavitation phenomenon, and the jet water W can run in the head body 1 while maintaining the speed and shape at the time of jetting. Further, since the injection port 4a of the nozzle portion 4 is disposed in the negative pressure forming pipe 2 so that their respective central axes coincide with each other, the jet water W can be caused to run along the central axis of the head main body 1. Thus, it is possible to collide with the inner peripheral wall 5a of the bent tube portion 5 as it is, and it is activated as described in the above-mentioned operation section. Then, by mixing the detergent sucked from the detergent introduction hole 7 of the negative pressure forming tube 2 with the activating water, the properties of the detergent as a surfactant can be fully utilized and the washing ability can be improved. .

As is apparent from the above description, according to the detergent mixing apparatus of the present invention, a negative pressure forming pipe is formed at the base end of the detergent mixing pipe, and the pipe of the negative pressure forming pipe is formed. An air inlet and a detergent inlet are formed in the wall, and the injection port of the nozzle is disposed in the negative pressure forming pipe. The openings of both inlets are opposed to each other near the nozzle of the nozzle , and the negative pressure is formed. The pipe is formed in a cylindrical shape having the same diameter or gradually expanding from the upstream side to the downstream side of the nozzle part, and a bent pipe part is formed in the detergent-mixed pipe downstream of the negative pressure forming pipe. The inner wall surface of the portion is configured to be located on an extension of the central axis of the nozzle portion. Thereby, the pressure water injected from the nozzle does not flow back to the detergent introduction hole or the air introduction hole. For this reason, by mixing the detergent and the activated water sucked from the detergent introduction hole, the washing power of the detergent can be improved, but it is not necessary to provide a check valve as in the conventional example. There is an advantage that it can be implemented at a low cost with a simple structure.
