Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cleaning machine, and more particularly, to a cleaning machine capable of generating bubbles in a fluid to thereby enhance a cleaning effect.
Background
With the increasing level of living of people, dish washers are increasingly entering home as household electrical appliances for kitchen use. The existing dish-washing machines on the market are generally divided into three types of a desk type dish-washing machine, a cabinet type dish-washing machine and a trough type dish-washing machine, wherein the desk type dish-washing machine is of an integral independent structure and is generally placed on a desk for use; the cabinet type dish washer is also an independent structure, but needs to be embedded into a kitchen cabinet for use; the tub dishwasher is combined with a tub and is generally installed in a kitchen cabinet.
The dish washing machine of the above-mentioned various forms generally has a washing function by lifting water by a water pump and spraying the water toward dishes in a washing space. For example, the chinese patent with application number CN97236119.7, i.e. a microcomputer light-operated full-automatic dish washer, and the chinese patent with application number CN00240098.7, i.e. a dish washer, all disclose similar structures, in which the impact force of water flow sprayed to the dishes is weak and not uniform enough, and when the number of dishes is large, the water flow cannot be covered, resulting in poor cleaning effect. The chinese patent with application number CN200710306898.5, "dish washing machine, especially household dish washing machine, provided with a device for improving decontamination effect" provides a vaporizing device for generating a fluid mist that can be introduced into a dish washing machine cavity to expand the washing area of the dishes and improve the uniformity of the washing medium, but such a structure still cannot solve the problem of weak impact force of the sprayed water flow. The Chinese patent with the application number of 201610795828.X, namely a large-scale ultrasonic automatic dish washer, is provided with an ultrasonic emission head device, high-pressure air is input into a cleaning liquid at the same time, the input high-pressure air forms bubbles in the cleaning liquid by utilizing the ultrasonic emission head device, and an ultrasonic transducer is used for providing energy for the cleaning liquid, so that the bubbles in the cleaning liquid are broken to generate impact force, and the impact force of water flow is improved. However, in such a structure, the instantaneous cavitation phenomenon generated between the ultrasonic wave and the high-pressure air bubbles needs to be maintained in water, and when the water flow is lifted by the water pump and is circularly sprayed out, the high-pressure air bubbles are difficult to reach the surfaces of the dishes, and then break, so that the structure is not suitable for the structure of the water flow spraying type dish washing machine. In addition, the structure is only suitable for large-scale dish washers, and is difficult to be suitable for household dish washers.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a cleaning machine which can increase the impact strength on an object to be cleaned by forming bubbles in water flow so as to improve the cleaning effect.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the utility model provides a cleaning machine, includes box, bowl frame and spray arm, the spray arm is located in the box and has the water storage chamber, still open on the spray arm and have apopore and the water inlet that are linked together with the water storage chamber, its characterized in that: the air inlet end of the air guide channel is connected with the air filling mechanism, and the air outlet end of the air guide channel is communicated with the water storage cavity of the spray arm; and the air guide channel is detachably connected to the bowl rack.
The spray arm can be rotationally arranged in the box body and is positioned at the bottom of the box body.
The air-entrapping mechanism comprises an air pump and an air duct, wherein the air pump is arranged on the outer side of the box body, the first end of the air duct is connected with the air pump, the second end of the air duct penetrates through the side wall of the box body to extend into the box body and is arranged close to the inner wall of the box body, and the air inlet end of the air duct is detachably connected with the second end of the air duct.
In the scheme, the inner surface of the spray arm is provided with the flat air collecting cavity, the air collecting cavity is provided with the air outlet communicated with the spray arm, the air outlet is positioned at the end part of the air collecting cavity, and the air guide channel is communicated with the air collecting cavity.
As improvement, the inner diameter of the air outlet end of the air guide channel gradually contracts from front to back to form a jet orifice, and the jet orifice is arranged opposite to the inner side wall in the middle of the air collecting cavity. By adopting the structure, when the air flow passes through the jet port, the speed can be accelerated, and the accelerated air flow is sprayed to the inner side wall in the middle of the air collecting cavity so as to be dispersed to the periphery of the air collecting cavity rapidly, so that the air flow is released into the spray arm rapidly and uniformly, and fine bubbles are generated.
Preferably, the air outlet end of the air guide channel is bent to one side to form a branch channel which can be communicated with the air collection cavity, and the jet port is positioned at the tail end of the branch channel.
Preferably, the air guide channel is formed into a pipeline with the inner diameter larger than that of the air guide pipe, and clamping grooves which can be clamped on the framework at the corresponding position of the bowl rack are arranged on the outer surface of the pipeline, and the clamping grooves are at least two and are respectively arranged at the upstream and the downstream of the branch channel. By means of the structure, the air bubbles can be fused into water flow in the form of air bubbles under the impact of the water flow at the moment of air inflow, the diameters of the air bubbles are thinned, the number of the air bubbles is increased, and a better foaming effect can be achieved.
Preferably, the shape of the gas collection cavity is matched with the trend of the flow channel, and the foaming holes are all positioned at the upstream of the water outlet holes of the spray arm according to the flowing direction of the fluid in the spray arm. With such a structure, bubbles in the water flow are sufficiently mixed before the water flow is ejected.
Further improved, the impeller for crushing bubbles is arranged in the spray arm, the impeller is arranged close to the water outlet of the spray arm, and the impeller is positioned at the downstream of the air outlet of the air collecting cavity according to the fluid flowing direction. By the arrangement of the structure, larger bubbles can be further smashed before water flow is sprayed out, so that bubbles in the water flow exist in a smaller volume and a larger quantity, and the cleaning effect is improved.
In order to facilitate connection, the upper surface of the spray arm extends upwards to form a connecting pipe communicated with the gas collection cavity, and the branch channel is rotatably connected to the connecting pipe through a rotary joint.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention is provided with the air-adding mechanism and the air guide channel which can add air into the spray arm, the air guide channel transmits the air into the spray arm, the air generates bubbles in the water flow and is sprayed out from the water outlet, when the water flow mixed with the bubbles sprays toward the dishes, the bubbles in the water flow contact the dishes to generate cracking and generate larger impact force, so that the dishes or vegetables are washed away by refractory dirt, and a better cleaning effect is achieved; when the box body is required to be used as a water tank independently, the bowl frame can be taken out, the air guide channel can be detached from the bowl frame and can be taken out along with the bowl frame, so that the using volume of the water tank cannot be influenced, and the water tank is convenient.
