2. Description of the Related Art In a roof using a material having a small heat capacity, such as a metal or a film, the roof surface temperature becomes extremely high due to the influence of sunlight, and the internal space of the building is heated by the heat transfer and radiation. . Conventionally, no measures have been taken against such a rise in roof surface temperature, or a method of spraying water on the roof surface and cooling the roof surface (roof sprinkling system) has been adopted. . In the roof sprinkling system, water is caused to flow along the roof surface using a roof gradient, and the roof surface that has become hot due to the sensible heat of the water is cooled. Water whose heat has been removed from the roof surface is drained as it is, or collected in a system provided with a circulation device, and used again for watering.

However, in the conventional roof watering system, since the water sprayed immediately flows down from the roof surface due to the roof gradient, it is necessary to spray a large amount of water to cool the roof effectively. Or it was necessary to provide a large-volume circulation device. For this reason, there was a disadvantage that the running cost or the initial cost of the system increased. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and by extending the residence time on a roof surface of water spray, a foam-sprayed roof cooling system that can contribute not only sensible heat of water but also latent heat of vaporization to cooling of the roof surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a system, thereby simultaneously reducing the amount of water spray and improving the cooling efficiency.

[Function] Since water sprinkled from the spray nozzle becomes foamy, the speed of flowing down the roof surface slows down and the time of staying on the roof surface increases, so heat exchange with the roof surface is sufficient, and the roof by sensible heat The cooling of the surface is performed without waste, and the temperature of the water spray increases to promote the evaporation. When the water is evaporated, the roof surface is cooled by a large amount of latent heat of evaporation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of a foam-spreading roof cooling system according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a foam dispersion roof cooling system according to the present invention. A water sprinkling pipe 3 is provided in a building with a metal roof (or a lightweight roof such as a membrane roof) 1, and the water sprinkling pipe 3 is appropriately branched and arranged so that the area covered by the roof surface becomes uniform. A plurality of spray nozzles 5 protruding in the roof gradient direction are attached to the water spray pipe 3 at equal intervals, and the spray nozzles 5 spray water along the roof surface. The water spray pipe 3 is provided with a pump 7, and the pump 7 sends water to the water spray pipe 3 at a predetermined water pressure. As a means for sending water to the water sprinkling pipe 3, in addition to using the pump 7, a means for sending water by water pressure from a water tank installed at a high place may be considered. In front of the spray nozzle 5 of the water sprinkling tube 3, a medicine injecting unit 11 for mixing the medicine 9 is connected. The chemical agent 9 increases the viscosity of water spray and generates bubbles when sprayed, and is preferably a soap or the like which does not cause the roof to be stained.

[0007] In the foam spray roof cooling system thus configured, when the pump 7 is driven and water is supplied to the sprinkling pipe 3, water containing a small amount of the chemical 9 is sprayed from the spray nozzle 5. The water whose viscosity is increased by the mixing of the chemical 9 generates bubbles at the same time as spraying, and the foamed water containing a large amount of bubbles falls along the roof slope. At this time, the water spray has a high viscosity and surface tension due to the foam, so that the time of falling on the roof surface becomes long, and the water passes over the roof surface for a long time. In other words, since water stays on the roof surface for a long time, water is sufficiently exchanged with the roof surface, and the roof surface is effectively cooled (sensible heat cooling). Further, since the heat exchange is sufficiently performed, the water spray becomes high in temperature and easily evaporates. When the water evaporates, a large amount of latent heat of evaporation is taken from the roof surface.

As described above, the foam sprayed roof cooling system described above differs from the conventional roof spraying system in that the spraying is performed in the form of foam, so that the residence time of the sprayed roof is prolonged, and as a result, a small amount of water is sprayed. Cooling becomes possible. In addition, since the latent heat of evaporation can be removed from the roof surface, the cooling effect can be significantly improved as compared with cooling using only sensible heat.

In the above embodiment, the description of the treatment of water spraying after spraying is omitted. However, water spraying may be drained after cooling the roof surface, or may be reused by a circulation device. In this case, too, the amount of watering can be reduced, so that the size of the circulation device can be reduced.
