【発明の効果】以上のように本発明に係る二輪車用鋳造
車輪によれば、スポーク部の断面形状を前後長が横幅よ
り長い略長円状の翼形としたので、必要な剛性を確保し
ながら軽量化を図ることができ、かつ回転時の空気抵抗
を軽減できるとともに外観の低下を回避できる効果があ
り、かつ前後長をリム部に近いほど長くハブ部に近いほ
ど短かくしたので、ハブ部の外周面に形成される開口の
位置の自由度を拡大できるとともに、該開口を大きくす
ることができ、この点からも軽量化を図ることができ、
また中子砂の排出を容易化できる効果がある。また上記
中空部の外端開口をリム部で閉塞するとともに、該中空
部とハブ部の肉抜き部とを連通し、上記スポーク部のリ
ム部近傍の側面に貫通孔を形成し、ハブ部に開口を形成
したので、中空部用中子と肉抜き部用中子とを一体化し
て中子自体の強度を向上できるとともに、上記一体型中
子の先端部及びハブ部の両方を支持でき、鋳造時の中子
の変形,位置ずれを防止して鋳造精度を向上できる効果
があり、さらには回転方向の剛性を確保できるととも

間に回転方向に間隔をあけて架設された複数本のスポー
ク部とからなり、該スポーク部が内部に中空部を、ハブ
部が内部に肉抜き部をそれぞれ有する中空構造となるよ
うに一体鋳造した二輸車用鋳造車輪において、上記スポ
ーク部の横断面形状を、回転方向長さ(前後長)が軸方
向長さ(横幅)より長い略長円状の翼形とし、かつ上記
前後長をリム部に近いほど長くハブ部に近いほど短かく
し、上記中空部の外端開口をリム部の底壁で閉塞すると
ともに、該中空部と上記ハブ部の肉抜き部とを連通し、
上記中空部形成用中子と上記肉抜き部形成用中子とを一
体にして金型内に保持するための中子保持部に対応する
貫通孔,開口をそれぞれ上記スポーク部,ハブ部に形成
し、上記貫通孔は上記スポーク部の側壁の、車軸方向に
面しかつリム部に近い部分に上記中空部と外部とを連通
する小径に形成されていることを特徴とする二輪車用鋳
造車輪。1.
