【発明の効果】本発明の取水設備兼魚道設備は前記のよ
うに(1)取水設備として使用する場合には、魚道用高
圧ゲートを全閉にし、放流用高圧ゲートを全開にし、放
流ゲートを全開にして、ダム湖の水を導水用タワー→放
流管→ダム下流側へ放流する。(2)魚道設備として使
用する場合であって、魚類をダム下流側からダム湖へ遡
上させる場合には、魚道用高圧ゲートを全開にし、放流
用高圧ゲートを全閉にし、ダム湖の表面に近い水を呼び
水用取水管→減勢装置へ流入させ、水流を減勢させて、
魚道水路へ流す。魚類は、水流に逆らって進む性質があ
るため、この魚道水路を流れる呼び水により、タワー方
向に集まり、ある程度集まったら、集魚スクリーンを前
進させ、魚道水路内の魚類を魚類収納具内へ収納して、
これを上昇させる一方、放流ゲートを上限位置まで上昇
させて、魚類収納具内の魚類を開口部からダム湖へ流し
込む。また魚類をダム湖からダム下流側へ下降させる場
合には、魚道用高圧ゲート及び放流用高圧ゲートを全閉
にし、呼び水用取水管からダム湖の表面に近い水を取水
して、導水用タワー内へ注水し、魚類収納具を上昇させ
て、ダム湖の魚類を魚類収納具へ集めた後、魚類収納具
を下降させて、魚道水路へ流し込むので、前記従来のよ
うち階段式魚道を水平方向に長くする必要がなくて、魚
道設備を小型化でき、魚道設備を取水設備に兼用できる
点と相挨って、コストを低減できる。なお魚道として使
用するのは、魚類の生態から4月乃至6月の遡上期と9
月乃至11月の下降期であり、それ以外の時期には魚道
として使用しないことを考えると、兼用型にした利点は
非常に大きい。

納具と、上記魚道水路を導水用タワーの方向に移動して
魚類を同魚類収納具へ押し込む集魚スクリーンとを具え
ていることを特徴とした取水設備兼魚道設備。
