されるが、研磨工程Pにおいては上記研磨液が使用され
るのである。この場合研削工程R、Fのタイル微粉を含
む研削加工液は廃棄されるが、研磨工程に使用される研
磨液は高価な遊離砥粒を懸濁させているため、当然のこ
とながら回収して循環使用する必要がある。

問題となっているのである。

液回収装置を備えた。なお上記空気噴出器は例えば円管
下部に多数の小孔を穿設して成るものである。
