2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a door disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-122584, in which 1 is a door body, 2 is a sleeve panel for fitting and killing, 3 is a door body 1 and a sleeve panel 2. Is a cube which is interposed between the sleeve panel 2 and the sleeve panel 2 to reinforce the sleeve panel 2. In the door body 1, an aluminum outdoor side face material 5 is attached to a core material 4 made of an aluminum extruded shape material or an iron material via a core material spacer 4a made of a hard resin. The face material 6 on the indoor side is attached via 4b, and the core material 4 and the face materials 5 and 6 are attached.
The joint has a structure in which the edge material 7 made of aluminum is covered. The edge material 7 is attached via a core material spacer 4c and an edge spacer 7a made of hard resin. The gap between the door body 1 and the upright 3 is sealed by the airtight material 8 provided on the outdoor side member 3b attached to the indoor side member 3a of the upright 3 via the heat insulating material 20. There is.

As described above, the door body 1 includes the core material spacer 4
a to 4c and the edge spacer 7a provide a structure in which the outdoor side surface material 5 and the edge material 7 that are in contact with the outside air are thermally insulated from the indoor side surface material 6, so that the outdoor side surface is exposed. The amount of heat that flows inward (or from the indoor side to the outdoor side) is reduced to reduce the heat transmission coefficient and improve heat insulation.

However, in the conventional door body 1 described above, the edge material 7 made of aluminum having high thermal conductivity is used.
However, there is a limit to the improvement of the heat insulating property, because it extends from the outdoor side to the indoor side. Further, in the above-described conventional structure, the airtight material 8 has no choice but to come into contact with the edge material 7 extending over the indoor side, so that the temperature of the room 21 formed by the receiving member 22 of the door body 1 and the airtight material 8 and the like. However, the thermal insulation cannot be expected to be improved, and the heat transmission coefficient can be reduced to about 1.9 (kcal / m 2 · h · ° C) at most.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention attaches front and back face materials to the outdoor side and the indoor side of a core material on four sides, which is a framework of the door body, to attach the door body. A combination of a metal outdoor side member and a resin indoor side member is used to cover the surrounding space between the front and back face materials with an edge material, and at least the edge material on the side of the edge material where the lock portion is present. And a structure in which the metal outdoor side member of the edge material and the indoor side face material do not come into contact with each other. Further, in the present invention, an airtight material that closes the gap between the frame and the door body may be attached to the door frame, and the airtight material may be brought into contact with the resin indoor side member of the edge material. preferable.

In FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numerals 13a to 13d denote core materials made of a resin material that form the framework of the door body 9. These core materials 13a to 13d are assembled in a square shape and made of aluminum alloy or iron on the front side. The face member 5 and the back face member 6 are formed by bending the bent portions 5a and 6a formed around them into the core members 13a to 13a.
The face materials 5 and 6 are attached to the core materials 13a to 13d by being locked to the projections 13x and 13y formed at the corners of d, and a heat insulating foam is formed between the face materials 5 and 6. The material 33 is filled and solidified (instead of this, the surface materials 5 and 6 and the core material 13a
The foamed material may be fitted into the space surrounded by 13d or a heat insulating material having a honeycomb structure may be fitted therein. As shown in FIG. 1, the edge member 14 on the lock portion side includes an outdoor member 15 made of a metal and an indoor member 16 made of a resin, and is provided between the upper and lower ends of the door body 9 between the face members 5 and 6. To cover. Further, the edge member 14 is a key lock (lock) on the side opposite to the pivot hinge portion in terms of security.
The edge material 14 and the vertical frame 1 for hiding a part (not shown)
The outer-side member 15 is formed with a gap concealing piece 15b that covers the gap with the metal 0a. Since the gap concealing piece 15b is required to have a strength not less than a predetermined value so that it cannot be easily cut from the outside, It is necessary to make it (aluminum alloy, iron, etc.).

In this way, the door body 9 of the heat insulating door of this example is
Edge material 14 on the lock side and edge material 17 on the hanging side
Since the indoor side members 16 and 19 are made of resin and the upper and lower edge members 20 and 21 are made of resin, the edge member 1
It is possible to reduce the amount of heat that flows from the outdoor side to the indoor side (or from the indoor side to the outdoor side) through 4, 17, 20, and 21, and lowers the heat transmission coefficient of the door body 9 to improve the heat insulating property. You can Further, since the airtight material 11 provided on the frames 10a and 10b is brought into contact with the resin indoor side members 16 and 19 and the metal outdoor side members 15 and 18 are not exposed to the indoor side, the inner side of the airtight material 11 is prevented. It is possible to prevent the temperature of the rooms 31 and 32 from decreasing (cold season) or rising (summer season) and further improve the heat insulating property. In the door of this example, the heat transmission coefficient could be lowered from 1.9 to 1.5 (kcal / m 2 · h · ° C), and the heat insulating property could be dramatically improved.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments, the aluminum alloy is used for the core materials 13a to 13d and a heat insulating material is provided between the face materials 5 and 6 and the core materials 13a to 13d. It can have a structure such as intervening,
Further, various modifications and additions can be made to the structure and combination of the door body, the frame, the airtight material, the core material, the face material, and the edge material without departing from the scope of the present invention. Further, in the present invention, the vertical frame of the upright and in-fitting panel is also included in the category of the frame.
