2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in ceramics such as tiles,
There has been one in which a metal thin film is adhered to the surface so that a vivid reflective gloss like a mirror surface can be obtained. In order to produce this kind of ceramics, the ceramics that have already been glazed and fired are targeted, and TiCl 4 is applied to the surface thereof.
The metal vapor deposition method is used.

Since the ceramics subjected to the metal vapor deposition method have a smooth surface all over, the surface is made to appear as a metal plate surface or a plated surface without any fine scratches. Although it is possible, it is possible to express other reflective glossy surfaces (for example, a matte tone that suppresses the shine degree to a deep and astringent one, a metallic tone that makes the shine degree glitter with irregular reflection). could not. That is, the types of reflective glossy surfaces that can be represented by ceramics (the types of metal materials, etc.) are naturally limited.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to two manufacturing methods in which the target ceramics are different,
The gist of one of them (hereinafter referred to as the first method of the present case) is that 10-40 parts by weight of the raster liquid and 0.1% of mica powder are applied to the surface of the ceramics that is glazed with matte glaze
The point is to apply a mixed solution containing about 2.5 parts by weight to 10 to 40 parts by weight of a solvent, and bake the ceramics at 700 to 900 ° C.

The raster liquid tends to give a strong reflective gloss by baking, but the mica powder mixed in the raster liquid suppresses its reflectivity to an appropriate degree, and the mica powder itself also
It will induce fine diffuse reflection. In addition, in these situations, the matte glaze (the first method of the present case) and the bright glaze (the second method of the present case), which are the bases, appear to be colored in a desired color. Therefore, it is possible to express a matte tone with a deep and astringent degree of brightness, and a metallic tone with a dazzling sparkle that is accompanied by diffuse reflection.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings showing the embodiments thereof. Figure 1 shows the first case
It is a figure which shows the implementation status of a method. The first method of the present case is a method of manufacturing ceramics having a matte surface. The most important thing to make matte surface of ceramics is
The point is that the greenware (1) is previously glazed with a matte glaze (2) and fired to manufacture a ceramics 3 as a base. It should be noted that any conventionally known material can be applied to the composition and molding method of the green body (1), and the description thereof will be omitted here. In this example, the matte glaze (2) used was one that developed a gray color (in the state where it became the base glaze layer 4) after firing.

As the above-mentioned raster liquid, a liquid containing a titanium resin salt solution as a main component is used, and the mixing ratio thereof is 10
The range was up to 40 parts by weight. If the amount is less than 10 parts by weight, sufficient color development and reflection gloss cannot be obtained even by the baking treatment performed thereafter, and if the amount is more than 40 parts by weight, precipitation occurs and unevenness occurs during application of the mixed solution 5, and after application, Delamination may occur.

The mica powder is literally a fine powder of mica, and the compounding ratio thereof is in the range of 0.1 to 2.5 parts by weight. If the amount is less than 0.1 parts by weight, the reflective gloss of the above-mentioned raster liquid cannot be sufficiently suppressed, and if it exceeds 2.5 parts by weight, the reflective gloss of the raster liquid is excessively lost and the bonding strength with the raster liquid is There is a weakness.

Turbine oil, toluene and the like are used as the solvent, and the mixing ratio thereof is in the range of 10 to 40 parts by weight. If it is less than 10 parts by weight, it becomes difficult to spray the mixed solution 5, and if it exceeds 40 parts by weight, the mixed solution 5 after coating may flow.

After the mixed liquid 5 is applied to the surface of the base glaze layer 4 of the ceramics 3, the ceramics 3 is baked at 700 to 900 ° C. When the baking temperature is lower than 700 ° C., not only coloring and reflective gloss due to the raster solution are not sufficiently obtained, but also delamination easily occurs due to delamination. When the baking temperature is higher than 900 ° C, the base glaze layer 4 (matte glaze) of the ceramics 3 begins to melt and the mixed liquid 5 is added.
The reaction will start to occur, and the expected color development will not be obtained.

In this example, 25 parts by weight of the raster solution, 1 part by weight of mica powder, and 25 parts by weight of solvent (turpentine oil) were mixed in the mixed solution 5. Then, spraying of the mixed solution 5 was performed using a portable spray gun 6 having a diameter of 1 mm. Further, the subsequent baking process was performed at 850 ° C. for 30 minutes by an electric furnace (not shown). The ceramics thus obtained had a deep, astringent shine on the surface due to the gray background color.
If the matte glaze (2) used has a light gray color after firing, the resulting ceramics will have a silver-white appearance and will look like an aluminum alloy drawn product. However, when the one with a dark color tone was used, the obtained ceramics had a blackish silver color, and it looked like an aluminum casting product. Further, when the color tone of the matte glaze (2) was gradually made darker, a product that looked like smoked silver was obtained, including the final black color. Conventionally, reduction firing was necessary to obtain smoked ceramics, which was difficult. Further, the smoked ceramics obtained as a result have a drawback that the fat and oil will be clearly attached when touched by human hands. On the other hand, the product obtained by the present invention is obtained by oxidative calcination, a normal kiln can be used, and the calcination process and the like can be performed as usual. In addition, there is no defect that fats and oils adhere to the surface. Contrary to this, when the color of the matte glaze (2) was gradually lightened, a pearl-like appearance was obtained, including the final white color. Such a pearl-like appearance was also obtained when a matte glaze (2) that developed a pink or light blue color was used.

The second method of the present case is similar to the above-described first method of the present case in outline, but on the surface of the target ceramics, a matte glaze base glaze layer in the case of the first method of the present case is formed. In contrast, it is assumed that a base glaze layer using bright glaze is formed. Therefore, the ceramics obtained by the second method of the present case have a metallic tone that causes glitter and diffuse reflection. For example, in bright glaze, if one that develops a reddish brown color after firing is used, and the color tone is pale, the obtained ceramics look like a gold product that shines in gold, and the color tone is When it was dark, the obtained ceramics looked like copper products.

The target ceramics are not limited to building materials such as tiles, but may be sanitary ware such as toilet bowls and washbasins, arts and crafts such as vases and tea ware, and practical tableware such as teacups and teacups. . As described above, the detailed configurations of the present invention (the first method of the present case and the second method of the present case) can be appropriately changed according to the embodiment.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the method for producing porcelain having excellent aesthetics according to the present invention, from a matte tone with a shine degree suppressed to a deep astringent degree to a shine degree Since it is possible to easily form a metallic tone with a diffused reflection and a glittering effect, it is possible to express all desired reflective glossy surfaces (such as metal materials over most types). Therefore, it is possible to create a sense of luxury and weight that have never existed before and to have an unexpectedness in all articles formed of ceramics. In addition, this has many excellent advantages such as expanding the attempts to make articles made of ceramics even though the articles were not made of ceramics in the past.
