TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention is used in a joint portion of an inner box used in a cooking device in which a plurality of metal members are polymerized, and a cutting direction is increased in order to increase the strength of the joint portion. By restricting, the cutting and squeezing process can be performed together, the bonding strength can be secured by the crimping caulking, and the electric waves can be effectively eliminated by electrically connecting the materials of the bonding portion. In addition, the caulking strength can be secured without any disconnection due to thermal expansion.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional microwave oven heating chamber, as shown in FIG. 7, a front plate 1 having an opening 1a and a bottom plate having a U-shaped cross section are provided.
2, at the joints 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b of the top plate 3 and the rear plate 4,
Each component is joined to form a heating chamber by the electric resistance welding (projection welding, spot welding) shown in FIG. 8 and the squeezing crimping shown in FIG.

The problem to be solved by the invention However, such a joining method has a problem that a coated steel sheet coated with a resin coating or a laminated steel sheet having a resin thin film formed on the surface cannot be used.
That is, in the case of the electric resistance welding shown in FIG. 8, the electrical conduction between the projection 3'to be welded and the rear plate 4 is achieved and the top plate 3 is also provided.
Since a method of applying a predetermined pressure at the same time between the rear plate 4 and the rear plate 4 and applying a momentary large current during this, and welding by heat generation of the material itself, a coated steel plate having a non-conductive coating is practically used. could not.

Further, in the structure of the squeezed caulking shown in FIG. 9, the bonding strength is determined by the caulking portion after squeezing, that is, the top plate 3
It depends on the pushing and spreading angle of each caulking part 3 ″, 4 ″ of the rear plate 4 and the hardness of each plate, but in the actual processing, the shape of the mold must be taken into consideration. There is a limit, and therefore there is a problem that a sufficient bonding strength cannot be obtained. Furthermore, when a coated steel sheet coated with a coating film is used, the coating film is further interposed between the crimped portions, so that the joint strength is remarkably reduced, and there is a problem that such a coated steel sheet cannot be practically used.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and a sufficient joining strength can be obtained, and a steel sheet coated with an electric insulation film such as a coated steel sheet or a vinyl steel sheet can be used. After that, a reliable electrical connection can be obtained at the joint portion, and at the same time, a coupling method that effectively eliminates radio wave leakage, and provides an excellent inner box for a cooking appliance.

Function The present invention relates to a heating box for supplying microwaves to the inside, wherein the heating box has a structure in which a plurality of metal members are bonded to each other at their respective joints, and the plurality of metal members are opposed to each other at a plurality of positions of the joints. Since the intermediate portion cut along the two sides is extruded in the plate thickness direction and the extruded portion is compressed, the respective metal members can be mechanically joined by this compression. Further, since the cut intermediate portions are extruded, the cut portions of the metal members are joined to the cut portions of the other metal members in the non-extruded portions, so that they easily and surely become the electrically conductive portions.

2 (b) to 2 (d) are cutaway sectional views of the caulking portion. After the cutting and squeezing caulking, the caulking squeezing width B dimension is B ≧ A + 2/3 (t 1 + t 2 ). By ensuring that the crimping thickness C dimension is C ≦ 0.8 (t 1 + t 2 ), and the crimping depth D dimension is D≈t 1 + t 2 , reliable coupling can be achieved.

By doing so, a machine formed by superposing the joint portions of a plurality of metal members, extruding the intermediate portion cut at two opposite sides in the plate thickness direction, and compressing the extruded portions It is possible to secure four (t 1 × t 2 ) electrical conducting portions at the four corners of the static coupling portion. The joint is the depth of the heating box,
The electric conducting portions are formed on at least one side in the width and height directions, and the electric conducting portions are arranged in two rows parallel to the length direction of the one side. Therefore, in a heating box that supplies microwaves inside, the electric conduction pitch is λ / 4− (E + 2t 1 ), and there are two rows A in the radio wave transmitting direction with respect to electric wave leakage from the inner corner of the heating box to the outside. Since the pitch is arranged, it is possible to effectively attenuate the radio wave leakage due to the heat generation and burning of the coating film. In addition, the caulking strength can be secured without any disconnection due to thermal expansion.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, the present invention is a heating box for supplying microwaves to the inside thereof, wherein the heating box includes a plurality of metal members,
The respective joining portions are joined to each other, and a plurality of electrical conducting portions are formed at the joining portions at different distances from the inner corner side of the heating box in the outer direction, thereby effectively preventing the electric wave leakage. In addition, the caulking strength can be secured without being dislocated due to thermal expansion. Furthermore, there is no need for paint masking at the joints and pre-pressing,
Further, since fastening screws and the like are unnecessary, it is very useful for improving workability and reducing costs.
