a) is provided with a protrusion (9c), a shaft (9d) is provided on the central upper surface of the protrusion, and the shaft (9d) supports one end of the handle (11), and the handle (11) is moved to a frying pan (9). It is provided rotatably in the standing direction from the state extending in the same direction as the horizontal plane of 9). Frying pan (9) when lifting the handle (11)
The frying pan (9) keeps its horizontal state because the end of the convex portion (9c) (9e) comes into contact with the lower part of the handle (11) due to its own weight acting to lower downward. . With these configurations, when cooking with a stove, the handle (11) is made substantially horizontal, and the high-frequency cooking apparatus body (1)
When cooking inside, if the handle (11) is folded in the upright direction to accommodate the frying pan (9), there is no lateral protrusion of the handle (11) and the heating surface (9b) of the frying pan (9). It is possible to provide the maximum amount of space and to move the handle (11) in the upright direction by the shaft (9d). It's not annoying. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a shaft (9f) is provided on the outer side (9a) of the frying pan (9), and one end of the handle (11) is supported by this shaft (9f). The handle (11) is provided with a concave arc surface (11a) so as to follow the convex arc surface of the frying pan (9). The shaft (9f) rotatably supports the handle (11) in the same plane as the horizontal plane of the frying pan (9).

An elliptical opening (13a) is opened at the edge of 3), a light emitting element (14) and a light receiving element (15) sandwiching the opening (13a) from above and below are provided, and an input is received from this light receiving element (15). The control means (16) for controlling the operation of the electric motor (7) is provided, and when cooking is started in the step (17) as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 8, the disk (13) is rotated by the rotation of the electric motor (7).
Rotates. The disc (13) rotates in synchronization with the frying pan (9) in the heating chamber (2), and for example, about 10 times per rotation.
Takes seconds. Further, since the opening (13a) is located at the edge of the disc (13), the opening (13a) rotates. When the opening (13a) comes between the light emitting element (14) and the light receiving element (15), the light receiving element (15) receives the light of the light emitting element (14) (step (18)). When the light receiving element (15) receives the light received, the control means (1

Further, when cooking is performed by a high-frequency heating cooking apparatus equipped with an electric motor (7) for rotating a rotating plate (10) supporting the frying pan (9) from below, as shown in FIGS. ) Has a plurality of frying pan ribs (22) concentrically formed on its outer bottom surface, and at least one of the frying pan ribs (22) engages with a rib (10a) on the peripheral edge of the rotating plate (10). With this arrangement, the frying pan (9) can be supported on the rotary plate (10) at a predetermined position at all times, and malfunctions such as sliding down from the rotary plate (10) can be prevented. Furthermore, when cooking with this frying pan (9) on a stove, multiple frying pan ribs (22) are supported by Gotoku, as shown in FIG. 11, so even when placed on Gotoku of various sizes, it rattles. It is possible to mount it horizontally without any problems.

In the case of the circular rotary plate (10), the frying pan (9) and the rotary plate (9) and the rotary plate ( Although there is less rattling with the frying pan 10), the circumference of the frying pan rib (22) is closer, so the rotating plate (10) engages the frying pan rib (22) next to the regular engaging position. There is a problem that it will be supported while tilted. Further, when the frying pan ribs (22) are brought close to each other, a large number of inner frying pan ribs (22) must also be formed at equal intervals. This is to prevent the strength of the bottom surface of the frying pan (9) from fluctuating and easily causing thermal deformation.
Becomes heavy. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the rotating plate rib (10a), which is the contact surface of the rotating plate (10) with the frying pan (9), is formed into an elliptical shape.
The frying pan (9) is formed with a great circle frying pan rib (22a) so as to engage with the outer side on the major axis (10b) side of the rotating plate rib (10a) on the rectangular (10c) side inner side. If the small circular frying pan rib (22b) is formed on the outer bottom surface of the frying pan (9) as described above, rattling between the rotary plate (10) and the frying pan (9) is reduced and the frying pan rib (2) is formed.
The space of 2) can be widened, and the frying pan ribs (22) following it can be provided at a wide space, and the frying pan (9) does not become heavy.

Figure 14 shows the state of being placed on the stove. The rotary plate (10) shown in FIG. 13 has an elliptical shape, but may have an oval shape.
As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, a substantially trapezoidal heat-resistant guide wall (23) is provided over the end (2c) on the front surface (2b) side of the heating chamber (2). If the first inclined surface (23a) is provided on the inner front surface of 23) and the outer side of the frying pan (9) is applied to guide the frying pan (9) into the heating chamber (2), the frying pan (9) will come out. When putting it in, the outside of the frying pan (9) does not hit other parts,
It is possible to prevent deformation and punching of the main body (1) of the high-frequency heating / cooking device. When taking out the frying pan (9), the second inclined surface (23b) guides the frying pan (9).

If the guide wall (23) is elastically supported on the side surface of the heating chamber (2) by a spring, the frying pan (9) will move to the guide wall (2).
