びヘッド部1及びアンビル部2のリード線をガイドする
溝6等の補正値より人手により計算する。もしくはこれ
らの値よりあらかじめ計算し表を作成しておきこの表を
基にしてデータを捜し当てる方法がある。しかしいずれ
も挿入間隔のプログラムを作成しなければならず、デー
タ作成者の技量および経験を必要とし、挿入点数ごと毎
回同じ計算あるいは詮索する必要があり、近年、多機種
少量生産およびミックス生産など機種切換の頻度の高い
生産形態が増えていく状況においては、データの作成に
多くの時間を必要とすることから、機種切換に即応でき
ないという問題を有していた。

部の2つの部材間の間隔が、挟持した電子部品のリード
線の中心と挿入穴の中心とが一致するよう前記第2駆動
部を制御する構成を備えた電子部品挿入機である。
