シャフト3の方を向いたセンタレバー41を有し、その下
端部はベース1上に固定されたブラケット状の取付部材
42にピン43で枢支されると共に、外向きに張り出して一
体に形成された水平片41aの先端部が調整ねじ44を介し
てベース1に保持され、更に水平片41aとベース1との
間に位置させて前記調整ねじ44の回りにスプリング45を
縮設してセンタレバー41を前記ピン43を支点としてシャ
フト3側(第3図における時計方向)に回転力を付勢し
てある。また、センタレバー41の上部の内面側にはセン
タリングピン46がスペーサ47を介して突出量を調整され
て取り付けられている。5は前記ベース1の角隅部に取

されたワーク6を120度ずつ回転させながら3個の突出
軸61を順次組付位置Pに割り出して必要な部品を自動的
に組み付ける。このとき、ワーク支持部材4のセンタリ
ングピン46がワーク6の二つの突出軸61のセンタ孔61a
にそれぞれきちんと嵌入したか否かを外から容易に視認
することができ、これにより一つの突出軸が組付位置P
に正しく割り出されたかどうかを確認することができ
る。また、部品組付後はワーク支持部材4で再び支持さ
れるので、組み付けた部品の外れを未然に防止すること
ができる。この後、次の組立機に搬送パレットが送られ
