In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention has been proposed by forming a special guide groove inside the adapter by engaging the adapter so as to be able to slide relative to the linear guide groove formed inside the standard pallet, and furthermore, by forming a special guide groove inside the adapter. By providing a coupling means for separably coupling a standard pallet and an adapter, it is an object of the present invention to provide a versatile pallet device that can be used in various machine tools.

In the standard pallets P and P', there is a linear first pallet.
A guide groove 11 (FIGS. 2 and 3) is formed, and it is slidable along this guide groove 11 in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIG. 2, and has an arcuate second guide groove 12 inside. An adapter 13 is attached.
The upper part 3a of the previously described arc-shaped support member 3 is fitted into the space in which the guide groove 12 is formed, and a plurality of support rollers 1 are provided on both sides of the upper part 3a.
4, and a plurality of guide rollers 15 are provided at both ends of the upper surface of the base 3b. The support roller 14 serves to support the adapter 13, the pallet P, and the workpiece placed on the pallet P, and the guide roller 15 supports the pallet P and the adapter 13 in an arcuate shape as described later. Provides guidance when moving along the support member 3.

A spring 19 is inserted into the blind hole 16 drilled in the pallet P, and the spring 19 has one end engaged with a lid 17 and the other end engaged with a positioning pin 18. A coupling pin 20 is installed in a direction perpendicular to the positioning pin 18, and the tip 1 of the positioning pin 18
8a engages with the outer circumferential groove 20a of the coupling pin 20, so that the pallet P and the adapter 13 are integrated. The upper part of the coupling pin 20 is removably inserted into the hole of the pallet P, and the lower part is inserted into the adapter 13.
It is inserted into the through hole. When a downward tensile force is applied against the urging force of the spring 19 due to the operation described below, the engagement between the tip 18a and the groove 20a is disengaged, and the upper end of the pin 20 is lowered to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line. At this time, the pallet P can be separated from the adapter 13.

A flange portion 20b and a small diameter portion 20c, both of which have a circular cross section, are formed at the lower end of the coupling pin 20 (see FIG. 4). In the pallet standby position, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the engagement shaft member 21
It can engage with a groove 21a provided in the radial direction at the upper end. The engagement shaft member 21 can be moved up and down in the axial direction by supplying and discharging hydraulic pressure into the lower cylinder 22 (FIG. 2 shows a state in which it has moved to the uppermost position).

On the other hand, a blind hole 23 is bored in the lower end surface of the adapter 13 at a position opposite to the coupling pin 20. The upper end of the lower dowel pin 24 can fit into this hole 23 as shown by the two-dot chain line. The lower end of the knock pin 24, which is slidably installed on the support plate 2, is pivoted to the other end of a link 25, one end of which is pivoted to the lower end of the engagement shaft member 21. and link 25
The center portion thereof is pivotally supported by a pin 27 to the lower end of a holding member 26 fixed to the lower surface of the support plate 2. Therefore, by supplying and discharging hydraulic pressure into the cylinder 22, the link 25 swings around the pin 27, and when the engagement shaft member 21 is at the highest position as shown in the figure, the knock pin 24 is at the lowest position. Therefore, the upper end of the knock pin 24 is connected to the hole 2.

On the other hand, when the machining of the workpiece being machined on the machine table M is completed and another pallet P' on which the machined workpiece is placed is at the pallet exchange position as shown in Fig. When the member 8 works, the pallet P, the connecting pin 20, and the adapter 13 rotate in a counterclockwise direction in FIG. 1 along the arcuate support member 3. In this case, since the engagement shaft member 21 shown in FIG. 2 does not rotate, the pin 2
0 comes off the groove 21a. Simultaneously with the rotation of the pallet P, the other pallet P' located at the pallet exchange position also rotates in the same counterclockwise direction, and eventually the pallet P on which the unprocessed workpiece placed at the pallet standby position is placed is 180 mm. degree and reaches the pallet exchange position, while the pallet P' on which the machined workpiece placed at the pallet exchange position is placed reaches the pallet standby position. Then, the pallet P is clamped to the machine table M, and machining of the unprocessed workpiece placed thereon is started, and at the same time, the shaft member 21 is lowered and the knock pin 24 is raised, and the other pallet P' is moved to the adapter. The standard pallet P' alone is sent to the transport conveyor H and transported to a predetermined location.

As described above, the present invention provides a standard pallet having a linear guide groove of a constant width inside, an adapter that engages with the guide groove so as to be able to slide relative thereto and has a special guide groove inside, and the adapter. Since it is composed of a connecting means that connects the standard pallet in a separable manner, when the adapter is separated, it can be used as a standard pallet, and when the adapter is combined, it can be used as a special pallet. It has an excellent practical effect of being able to
Versatility is greatly increased compared to conventional pallets.
