A method of filling a liquid into an anti-vibration rubber part having a liquid chamber inside, and liquid inlets and outlets on each of the front and back surfaces, wherein a container-like body is provided in a liquid tank. The anti-vibration rubber component is seated in an open shape portion on one end side of the pressurizing chamber formed inside the container body by being dipped so that one surface side thereof faces the pressurizing chamber to form the pressurizing chamber. The liquid is pumped into the pressurizing chamber through the introduction passage and the anti-vibration rubber part is pressed against the container-like body by pressing means to press the liquid in the pressurizing chamber to the pressurizing part of the anti-vibration rubber part. The liquid is filled in the liquid chamber by forcibly flowing into the liquid chamber from the inlet / outlet on the one surface side facing the chamber and then passing through the liquid chamber and flowing out to the outside from the inlet / outlet on the other surface side.
