(Prior Art) As a soundproof panel mainly used outdoors as described above, a concrete frame body is filled with a fiber sound absorbing material such as glass wool, or a concrete frame body is provided with inorganic particles. It is known that a porous sound-absorbing material that is hardened with a binder is bonded, but the former one that is filled with a fiber-based sound-absorbing material is a perforated plate because the bonding of the fiber and the frame is difficult. Although the surface is pressed down by the method, there is a drawback that the sound absorbing performance is deteriorated due to deterioration of the fiber-based sound absorbing material due to wind and rain entering through the perforated plate. On the other hand, the latter one using the inorganic particles is complicated and costly in the step of adhering the preformed porous sound absorbing material to the concrete frame with an adhesive, and the plate of the porous sound absorbing material is an adhesive material. Although it is possible to use a method in which the concrete frame is cast into the concrete frame without using, there is a drawback that the strength of the joint is lowered because the sound absorbing material causes a dry-out phenomenon of absorbing moisture in the concrete.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and provides an inorganic soundproof panel at a low cost, which does not deteriorate the performance due to wind and rain and does not reduce the bonding strength. It has been completed for the purpose of manufacturing a soundproof panel that can be manufactured in.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention made to solve the above-mentioned problems is a mixture of an aggregate, an inorganic binder, and water, which is uncured with reinforcing fibers mixed therein. By filling the inside of a box-shaped frame body with a side frame made of concrete and curing it at the same time as the concrete, a structure with a porous sound-absorbing material integrated inside the sound-insulating box-shaped frame body with a side frame is created. It is characterized by obtaining. Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, concrete is sprayed inside the mold (1) to a predetermined thickness to form a concrete box-shaped frame (2) with a side frame. Alkali-resistant glass fiber, carbon fiber, and other reinforcing fibers are mixed in the concrete. It may be reinforced by reinforcing bars. The inner surface of the concrete box-shaped frame (2) may be flat, but it is preferable that the concrete box-shaped frame (2) is made uneven and has a through hole (3) for draining water.

Next, a mixture is prepared by adding and mixing an inorganic binder in an amount of 5 to 50 g to 100 cc of granular aggregate such as pearlite or ceramic powder having a particle size of 0.1 to 10 mm. As the inorganic binder, an admixture added to a hydraulic material such as cement or an aluminum phosphate-based inorganic binder is used. Also, if the amount of mixture is less than 5 g, the strength is insufficient,
If it exceeds 50 g, clogging will occur and the sound absorption will decrease, so the range is 5 to 50 g. After kneading such a mixture, an appropriate amount of water is added and mixed, and the concrete box frame (2) is filled inside while it is in an uncured state. The filling layer (4) having a predetermined thickness of about 100 mm is formed. Here, the uncured state means a semi-cured state up to “the end of setting” measured according to JIS R5201 “Cement physical test method” after kneading concrete. In order to protect the surface of the filling layer (4), an inorganic perforated plate (5) may be adhered to the surface as shown in FIG.

If the concrete box-shaped frame body (1) thus formed with the filling layer (4) is put into a steam curing chamber and simultaneously cured, the filling layer (4) has a porosity of 30 to 60%
A porous sound-absorbing material (6) to a degree, and a sound-proof panel in which a porous sound-absorbing material (6) is integrated inside a concrete box frame body (1) with a side frame having excellent sound insulation properties. Becomes In the present invention, since the curing of the packed bed (4) in which the aggregate and the inorganic binder are mixed and the curing of the uncured concrete box frame (1) are simultaneously progressed, the conventional dryout phenomenon occurs. It is possible to easily obtain a soundproof panel having a large bonding strength between the both without causing any occurrence.

(Effects of the Invention) As is apparent from the above description, the present invention is achieved by simultaneously curing a concrete box frame body with an uncured side frame mixed with reinforcing fibers and a porous sound absorbing material. It is possible to easily manufacture a soundproof panel with excellent bonding properties between the two, and the resulting soundproof panel is entirely inorganic, so it has excellent weather resistance and water resistance, and the side surfaces are also protected by side frames. Therefore, there is an advantage that it can be used outdoors for a long time. Further, according to the present invention, since the step of adhering the porous sound absorbing material to the inside of the frame body using the adhesive can be omitted, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Therefore, the present invention is extremely large in that it contributes to industrial development as a method of manufacturing a soundproof panel that eliminates the conventional problems.
