本発明は道路や鉄道等の防音壁に用いられる耐候性に優

(従来の技術)
上記のような主として屋外で用いられる防音パネルとし
ては、コンクリート製の枠体の内部にグラスウール等の
繊維系吸音材を充填したものや、コンクリート製の枠体
の内部に無機質粒子を結合剤で固めた多孔質吸音材を接
着したもの等が知られている。ところが前者の繊維系吸
音材を充填したものは、繊維と枠体との接着が困難であ
るために有孔板等で表面を押えた構造としているが、有
孔板を通して侵入する風雨によって繊維系吸音材が劣化
し、防音性能が低下する欠点があった。一方、後者の無
機質粒子を用いたものは、予め成形された多孔質吸音材
を接着剤によりコンクリート製の枠体に接着する工程が
煩雑でコスト高となり、また多孔質吸音材の板を接着剤
を用いずにコンクリート枠体の成形時に内部に鋳込む方
法も考えられるが、吸音材がコンクリート中の水分を吸
収するドライアウト現象を生ずるために接合部の強度が

で未硬化の状態とは、コンクリートを混練した後JIS
R5201rセメントの物理試験方法」に準じて測定し
た「凝結の終結」までの半硬化状態を意味するものとす

うに無機質の孔明板(5)を表面に密着させることもで

によって両者間の接合性に優れた防音パネルを容易に製
造することができるうえ、得られた防音パネルは全体が
無機質であるので耐候性、耐水性に優れ屋外で長期間使
用することができる利点がある。また本発明によれば接
着剤を用いて多孔質吸音材を枠体の内部に接着する工程
を省くことができるので、製造コストを引下げることが
できる。よって本発明は従来の問題点を一掃した防音パ
ネルの製造方法として、産業の発展に寄与するところは
