Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the production of an acoustical panel resistant to deterioration of the quality and bonding strength with wind and rain, by filling and hardening a mixture of aggregate and an inorganic binder in a box-type frame made of uncured concrete. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is sprayed against the inner wall of a frame 1 to a prescribed thickness to obtain a box-type frame 2 made of concrete. The concrete may contain fibers such as glass or reinforcing steel, etc. The inner surface of the frame 2 may be flat, however, the surface is preferably applied with irregularity and provided with a draining hole 3. Granular aggregate such as perlite is mixed with an inorganic binder, e.g. hydraulic material such as cement added with an admixture or Al phosphate-type binder at a prescribed ratio. The obtained mixture is subjected to dry mixing, added with a proper amount of water and filled in the frame 2 while it is still in uncured state to form a filled layer 4. The product is put into a steam curing chamber, etc., and cured at the same time to obtain a porous sound-absorbing material.

(Prior art) The soundproof panels described above, which are mainly used outdoors, include those in which the inside of a concrete frame is filled with fiber-based sound absorbing materials such as glass wool, and those in which the inside of a concrete frame is filled with inorganic particles. It is known that a porous sound absorbing material is bonded with a bonding agent. However, in the former type, which is filled with fiber-based sound absorbing material, it is difficult to bond the fibers and the frame, so the surface is held down with a perforated plate, etc. There was a drawback that the sound absorbing material deteriorated and the soundproofing performance decreased. On the other hand, with the latter method using inorganic particles, the process of bonding the pre-formed porous sound absorbing material to the concrete frame with adhesive is complicated and costly, and the process of bonding the preformed porous sound absorbing material to the concrete frame with adhesive is complicated and costly. It is also possible to cast the sound absorbing material inside the concrete frame when it is formed, but this method has the disadvantage that the strength of the joint decreases because the sound absorbing material absorbs water in the concrete, causing a dry-out phenomenon.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a sound-insulating box-shaped frame by filling and hardening a mixture of aggregate and an inorganic binder into an uncured concrete box-shaped frame. The present invention is characterized by obtaining a structure in which a porous sound absorbing material is integrated inside the body. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

As the inorganic binder, use may be made of a hydraulic material such as cement with an admixture added, or an inorganic binder such as aluminum phosphate. Moreover, if the amount of the mixture is less than 5 g, the strength will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 50 g, clogging will occur and the sound absorption coefficient will decrease, so the mixing amount should be in the range of 5 to 50 g. After dry kneading such a mixture, an appropriate amount of water is added and mixed, and while the concrete box-shaped frame (2) described above is in an unhardened state, it is filled inside the concrete box-shaped frame (2) and then mixed using a trowel or the like for 50 minutes. ~10
The filling layer (4) is formed into a predetermined thickness of about 0%. Here, the uncured state refers to JIS after mixing concrete.
It refers to the semi-hardened state up to the "end of setting" measured according to the "Physical Test Method for R5201r Cement". In order to protect the surface of the filling layer (4), an inorganic perforated plate (5) may be adhered to the surface as shown in FIG.

If the concrete box-shaped frame (11) with the filling layer (4) formed inside it is placed in a steam curing chamber or the like and cured at the same time, the filling layer (4) will have a porosity of 30 to 60.

) is integrated into a soundproof panel. In the present invention, the filling layer (4) mixed with aggregate and an inorganic binder is cured and the uncured concrete box-shaped frame (1)
Since the curing and curing of the two proceed at the same time, the dry-out phenomenon unlike the conventional method does not occur, and a soundproof panel with a high bonding strength between the two can be easily obtained.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention enables the easy production of soundproof panels with excellent bonding properties between the concrete box-shaped frame and the porous sound-absorbing material by curing them simultaneously. In addition, since the obtained soundproof panel is entirely inorganic, it has the advantage of being excellent in weather resistance and water resistance, and can be used outdoors for a long period of time. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to omit the step of bonding the porous sound absorbing material to the inside of the frame using an adhesive, so that manufacturing costs can be reduced. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as a method of manufacturing soundproof panels that eliminates the problems of the conventional methods.
