[Prior Art] Various floor heating floor materials for heating the floor have been conventionally considered. This was broadly divided into what is called "warm water floor warming" by hot water and what is called "electric floor warming" by electricity. Generally, warm water floor heating involves heating the soaking plate by passing warm water through a hot water pipe to perform heating, but this has the disadvantage of high cost including construction, and is relatively simple. Electric floor heating has become popular.

On the other hand, in condominiums and other condominiums, the floor material used is preferably a direct-adhesion floor material in order to suppress the overall height. Under these circumstances, electric floor heating for direct attachment is desired for floor heating in apartment buildings such as condominiums.
The reality is that the construction method and workability are difficult, and it has not been developed. At present, electric floor heating by the floor-standing method is used.

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems,
The purpose of this is an integrated floor heating that can be directly attached to slabs (mortars) of condominiums, apartments, etc., and has soundproof performance, and the overall thickness is thin, and further maintenance such as inspection, repair and replacement is possible. An object is to provide an electric floor heating floor material for direct attachment that is easy.

In order to achieve the above object, the floor material for electric floor heating for direct attachment according to the present invention comprises a heater portion provided with a heater on the back surface of the surface layer material, and a large number of recesses provided on the back surface of the base plywood. A direct attachment part formed by attaching a cushion material to the base material, forming a recess in the surface of the base plywood, and installing a heat insulating material in the recess, and a heater are housed in the recess from above the heat insulating material. As described above, the floor material is integrally formed as described above, and the floor material has a cutout portion for connecting electrical wiring and a wiring lead, and the surface layer material portion of the cutout portion serves as an inspection port. It is a thing.

In FIG. 1, the heater part 1 is formed by attaching a heat equalizing plate 3 and a heater 4 to the back surface of the surface layer material 2. Surface material 2
Is a resin-impregnated wood decorative plywood, for example, and the film-shaped heater 4 contacts the heat equalizing plate 3 formed of a steel plate, an aluminum plate or the like, and transfers heat evenly to the surface layer material 2. , To prevent temperature unevenness. The direct attachment part 5 has a large number of recesses 13 on the back surface of the base plywood 6 made of wood plywood.
Is provided and the cushion material 7 is adhered to the back surface thereof, and a recess is formed in the surface of the base plywood 6, and the heat insulating material 8 is installed inside the recess. The heater portion 1 and the direct attachment portion 5 are integrally formed so that the heater 4 and the heat equalizing plate 3 are accommodated in the recess from above the heat insulating material 8 to form a floor material.

The base plywood 6 is provided with flexibility.
Due to the flexibility of the recessed portion 13, the heater 4 is housed in the recessed portion, and the cushion material 7 is attached to the back surface of the base material, which easily heats up to a high temperature. The warp deformation of 6 is prevented.

As described above, in the floor material for electric floor heating for direct attachment of the present invention, the heater portion provided with the heater on the back surface of the surface layer material, and the cushion material is attached to the back surface of the base plywood and the heat insulating material is applied. A flooring material is formed integrally with a directly-attached part that is internally provided, and the flooring material has a cutout portion for connecting electrical wiring and wiring, and the surface layer material portion of the cutout portion is an inspection port. Since it is made as a floor material, wiring can be routed and wiring can be done after floor material construction, and construction is easy, and maintenance such as inspection, repair and replacement can be easily performed using the inspection port. In addition, it is possible to heat wooden electric floors that could not be directly pasted with soundproofing performance, and since the total thickness is thin, it can meet standard specifications.

Particularly, in the present invention, since the back surface of the base plywood is provided with a large number of recesses for imparting flexibility to the base plywood, the heater is housed in the recess on the surface of the base plywood. A cushioning material is attached to the back surface of the base plywood so that heat easily accumulates and reaches a high temperature, and warp deformation of the base plywood, which is extremely easy to warp normally, is effectively prevented by the large number of recesses.
