Description

This invention relates to a plumbing facility structure that efficiently lays out plumbing facilities such as baths, toilets, and washbasins.

Conventionally, bathrooms, toilets, washbasins, and other plumbing fixtures have often been placed separately. In response to this, proposals have been made to arrange these fixtures more efficiently (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in recent years, there has been a demand for greater efficiency in plumbing facilities, and particularly in properties located in urban areas, improvements have been required to make the most of limited space.

The present invention was made in consideration of these circumstances, and aims to provide a water-related facility structure in which water-related facilities such as baths, toilets, and washbasins are arranged in an easy-to-use and efficient manner.

To achieve this goal, the present invention provides a plumbing facility structure that concentrates plumbing equipment in one location, with a passageway having an entrance at the front and back, a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, and a shower room arranged on either side of the passageway, and the passageway, the bathtub, the toilet, the sink, and the shower room arranged in a roughly rectangular shape in plan view.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention.

Figures 1 to 9 show an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, we will explain a water supply unit 10 that is a unitized water supply facility structure of the present invention.

The plumbing unit 10 of this embodiment consolidates plumbing equipment such as a bath, toilet, and sink in one place, and as shown in Figures 1 to 4, the plumbing equipment is arranged within a floor 11, ceiling 12, and surrounding walls 13 to 16 on all four sides, and is configured so that the overall shape is roughly a rectangular parallelepiped and roughly square when viewed from above. In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5 to 9, a bathtub 30, toilet 40, sink 50, shower room 60, and washing machine 70 are arranged.
