乾燥効率の高いスプレードライ方式を採用し、濃縮液を乾燥させ、エキス粉末を得る。熱履歴が短縮されていることが好ましい。

このアパタイト被覆二酸化チタンとしては、二酸化チタンである基材の表面を多孔性アパタイト(リン酸カルシウム)で被覆した光触媒性複合組成物であることが好ましい。このような光触媒性複合組成物は、特許第4652776号公報に記載されているものが好ましく、この光触媒性複合組成物は、光触媒機能を有する基材を多孔性リン酸カルシウム合成用の処理液(繊維状蛋白質(シルク繊維)と接触させて当該基材の表面を多孔性リン酸カルシウム(アパタイトあるいはその類縁化合物)で被覆して製造される。この光触媒性複合組成物の製造方法では、処理液中に繊維状蛋白質を添加したため、基材表面での多孔性リン酸カルシウムの生成が不完全であり、基材表面の一部のみが多孔性リン酸カルシウムで被覆された状態になる。また、処理液中に繊維状蛋白質を添加すると、基材表面での多孔性リン酸カルシウムの生成が不完全であり、リン酸カルシウムの結晶化度が低いため、基材表面の全体が多孔性リン酸カルシウムで覆われている場合でも、ボールミルで軽く攪拌した場合、あるいはボールミルよりも破砕力の小さな装置で攪拌した場合でも、多孔性リン酸カルシウムの一部が基材表面から脱落し、基材表面の一部のみが多孔性リン酸カルシウムで被覆された状態になる。 このように製造された光触媒性複合組成物は、従来の光触媒性複合組成物と比較して水などの溶媒への分散性が高く、本発明の滴下液剤に用いて極めて好ましい。
このような光触媒性複合組成物は、株式会社アクアプロジェクト(福岡)から商品名「トリニティ」で販売されている。
アパタイト被覆二酸化チタンの量は、滴下液剤用粉体製剤の全体の0.1~1質量%であることが好ましい。

The amount of the apatite-coated titanium dioxide is preferably 0.1 to 1% by mass based on the total amount of the powder preparation for drop-based liquid preparation.
グアーガム(Guar Gum)
グアーガムとは、グアー豆のいわゆる胚乳(正確には子葉)部から得られる水溶性の天然多糖類である。本発明においては、滴下液剤とした際に、油の代わりにある程度の粘性を持たせるために用いる。粘性が高すぎる場合には、粘性の小さい「グアーガム分解物」を用いることが好ましい。
グアーガムの量は、滴下液剤用粉体製剤の全体の80~90質量%であることが好ましい。

スギナ粉末は、市販されている。スギナ粉末には、葉緑素、水溶性ケイ素、エキセトニン、カルシウム、マグネシウム、カリウム、ナトリウム、鉄、亜鉛等が含まれており、この成分の中で特に水溶性ケイ素が、CBDに伴われて、被施術者の皮膚下に浸透し、消炎効果や精神安定効果をもたらす可能性がある。このスギナ粉末の含有量は、粉体製剤全体の0.5~1質量%程度が好ましい。

下記の処方で100グラムの滴下液剤用粉体製剤を準備した。
大和当帰エキス:3グラム
カンナビジオール:0.5グラム
多孔性アパタイト被覆二酸化チタン:0.5グラム
グアーガム:86.5グラム
グリシン:9.5グラム

これに、ラベンダーエキスを少量添加して実証実験のために使用する滴下液剤用粉体製剤を調整し、以上の組成からなる滴下液剤用粉体製剤4グラムに対して、1600mlの精製水を二度に分けて加えて撹拌し滴下液剤を製造した。
この滴下液剤を、約39℃に加温し、これを少量ずつ、被施術者の額に滴下した。
以上を10代から90代の女性の被施術者70人および男性の被施術者30人に30分間行ったところ、男女合わせて97人の被施術者が充分にリラックスしたとの回答があった。
また、全員から従来のシロダーラと比べてさっぱりしていて、爽やかだったとの感想があった。その一方で、2人からごま油等の油分を用いたものより物足りなかったとの意見があった。
