Claims (17)
- スタッコ粒状材料を調整するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
保持チャンバと連通する分離チャンバを有する容器を備え、
前記分離チャンバは、気体に巻き込まれた前記スタッコ粒状材料を供給するための入口を有し、前記分離チャンバは、前記スタッコ粒状材料を前記気体から分離するように構成されたコレクタシステムを有し、前記分離チャンバは、前記分離チャンバから前記気体を排出するための気体出口を有し、前記コレクタシステムは、前記スタッコ粒状材料をそこから前記保持チャンバ内に排出する排出能力を有し、
前記保持チャンバは、内部に保持容積を画定し、前記保持チャンバは、スタッコ出口と、前記スタッコ出口を通じて前記スタッコ粒状材料を搬送するための、前記保持容積と前記スタッコ出口との間に配置されたコンベアを有し、
(a)前記保持容積は、前記スタッコ出口を通じて排出される前に前記保持チャンバ内の前記スタッコ粒状材料を調整するのに十分な所定の大きさであることと、
(b)前記コンベアに接続された駆動部と通信する制御部と、前記保持チャンバ及び前記制御部と通信するセンサと、であり、前記センサは、設定点で制御信号を生成するように構成され、前記制御信号を前記制御部へ送信し、前記制御部は、前記スタッコ出口から排出される前に調整のために前記保持チャンバ内に前記スタッコ粒状材料を蓄積し留めるように、前記制御信号に基づいて前記駆動部を制御するように構成されることと、の少なくとも1つである、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記調整は、完全なか焼を含む、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記調整は、部分的な調整を含む、システム。
- 請求項3に記載のシステムであって、前記スタッコ出口の下流に位置しそれと連通するスタッコ冷却器をさらに備え、前記スタッコ冷却器において調整が完了する、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記容器は、前記容器内の凝固を防止するためにヒータと断熱材とのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記保持チャンバは、前記保持チャンバ内の前記スタッコ粒状材料を混ぜ、これのブリッジングを緩和するための攪拌機を備える、システム。
- 請求項6に記載の調整システムであって、前記攪拌機は、
(a)振動機構成と、
(b)気体分配構成と、
(c)前記コンベアのスクリュー部分のフライト上の構成と、のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、調整システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記保持チャンバは、その頂部の水平基準線から内向面へ測定された最低60度の角度で前記頂部から下方に傾斜する前記内向面を有する傾斜壁を備える、システム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムであって、前記角度は、約70度である、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記保持チャンバは、内部に内張り構成を備え、前記内張り構成は、低摩擦材料を備える、システム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、前記低摩擦材料は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを備える、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記所定の大きさの前記保持容積は、前記スタッコ出口から排出される前に、20~30分のか焼の間、前記スタッコ粒状材料を前記保持チャンバ内に蓄積し留めるように構成される、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記保持チャンバは、最大容量レベルを有し、前記センサは、レベルセンサであり、前記設定点は、前記最大容量レベルに設定され、前記制御部は、前記最大容量レベルに達するまで、前記コンベアの出力を低下させるために前記駆動部の速度を低下させる、システム。
- 請求項13に記載のシステムであって、前記制御部は、前記スタッコ粒状材料のブリッジング又は凝固を防止するために最低速度を維持する、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記保持チャンバの重量と、内部に蓄積され留められた前記スタッコ粒状材料の重量とを支持するように前記保持チャンバに係合する支持構造をさらに備える、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記コンベアは、第1の端部及び第2の端部を有するスクリューを備え、前記第2の端部は、前記スタッコ出口に近接して配置され、前記スクリューは、少なくとも第1のピッチ及び第2のピッチを有し、前記第2のピッチは、前記第2の端部に近接し、前記第2のピッチは、前記第1のピッチよりも大きい、システム。
- 請求項4に記載のシステムであって、前記スタッコ冷却器は、前記スタッコ冷却器に水分を搬送するための水分供給と流体連通する水分入口ラインを備える、システム。
