Abstract
Description
Poly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 50% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 450,000、Mn 223,000)材料で140℃及び10barでホットプレッサー(hot presser)で50μmの厚さ及び10X10cmサイズのシート(sheet)試片を製造した。すなわち、P3HB-co-4HB共重合体は、総高分子構造内の3HB単量体50%及び4HB単量体50%構成の当該単量体からなる。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 50% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 360,000、Mn 149,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 50% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 290,000、Mn 145,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 33% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 400,000、Mn 160,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 33% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 500,000、Mn 270,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 33% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 640,000、Mn 320,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 28% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 330,000、Mn 147,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 28% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 550,000、Mn 220,000)材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
試片製造にpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 10% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 600,000、Mn 300,000)とpoly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co 50% 4-hydrobutyrate(Mw 600,000、Mn 300,000)材料とを3:7重量比でコンパウンディングした材料を使用したことを除き、実施例1と同じ方法でシート試片を製造した。
Claims (9)
- ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸(PHA)内、
3-ヒドロキシ酪酸(3HB)5~80%と、
4-ヒドロキシ酪酸(4HB)5~80%と、を含み、
前記PHAが、
ポリ-3-ヒドロキシ酪酸-co-4-ヒドロキシ酪酸(P3HB-4HB)であり、
前記PHAの重量平均分子量が、Mw 130,000~700,000であり、数平均分子量が、Mn 60,000~350,000である、PHA組成物。 - 前記PHAが、4HBの含量が互いに異なる2種以上のPHAを含む、請求項1に記載のPHA組成物。
- ASTM D1876評価規格による接着強度が、1kg/in以上である、請求項1に記載のPHA組成物。
- ASTM D638評価規格による引張強度が、0.1Mpa以上である、請求項1に記載のPHA組成物。
- ASTM D638評価規格による伸率が、200%以上である、請求項1に記載のPHA組成物。
- 前記組成物が、シーラント用途である、請求項1に記載のPHA組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を製造する、PHA組成物の製造方法。
- 4HBの含量が互いに異なる2種以上のPHAを混合する段階を含む、請求項7に記載のPHA組成物の製造方法。
- 4HBの含量が互いに異なる2種のPHAを10:90~90:10の重量比で混合する段階を含む、請求項7に記載のPHA組成物の製造方法。
