Description
Claims (10)
- 発熱体が配置されたセラミック材質のヒータープレート;
貫通ホールを有する管状であり、前記ヒータープレートの下面に結合し、前記貫通ホールを通じて前記発熱体に電力を供給するロッドを収容するシャフト;及び
前記ヒータープレートと前記シャフトとが結合すように当接する接合部に設けられた連続的又は断続的なエアポケットを含み、
前記エアポケットは、前記接合部の接合面に沿って形成されているセラミックヒーター。 - 前記ヒータープレートと前記シャフトとの間に、前記接合部の前記接合面に沿って形成された接合物質をさらに含み、
前記エアポケットは、前記接合物質に沿って形成されている溝を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックヒーター。 - 前記接合物質は、AlN 90~97wt%及びY2O3 3~10wt%を含む、請求項2に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記接合物質は、AlN 45~75wt%、Al2O3 10~20wt%、CaO 10~20wt%及びY2O3 5~15wt%を含む、請求項2に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記エアポケットは、前記接合部の接合面に沿って前記ヒータープレートに形成されている溝を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記溝は断面がT形状であり、接合面側に比べてヒータープレート側においてより広く形成されている、請求項5に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記エアポケットは、前記発熱体の配置経路に沿って前記配置経路に対応する位置に形成される、請求項1に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記ヒータープレートと前記シャフトとの間に、前記接合部の前記接合面に沿って形成された接合物質をさらに含み、
前記エアポケットは、前記接合物質に沿って形成されている、請求項7に記載のセラミックヒーター。 - 前記エアポケットは、前記接合部の接合面に沿って前記ヒータープレートに形成されている、請求項7に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記ヒータープレートは、前記発熱体と離隔して配置された高周波電極をさらに含み、
前記高周波電極は、前記シャフトの前記貫通ホール内に設けられた別のロッドを通じて電力が供給される、請求項1に記載のセラミックヒーター。
