- ローラーテーブル本体(1)と、交互して配置されるようにローラーテーブル本体(1)の両側に取り付けられる複数の案内機構(2)と、を含み、前記ローラーテーブル本体(1)は、コイル(3)を輸送するために用いられ、前記案内機構(2)は、コイル(3)の接合点(31)が均等に分布されるようにコイル(3)の動作軌跡を変更するために用いられる、
ことを特徴とするレイングコイルの冷却均一性を向上させる冷却ローラーテーブル。 - 前記案内機構(2)は、固定座(23)と、位置が調整可能に固定座(23)に取り付けられる案内滑車(26)とを含み、前記案内滑車(26)の位置調整方向は、ローラーテーブル本体(1)の搬送方向と交差する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレイングコイルの冷却均一性を向上させる冷却ローラーテーブル。 - 前記固定座(23)には、ローラーテーブル本体(1)に架設されるホルダ(22)が固定して接続され、
前記ホルダ(22)には、ローラーテーブル本体(1)の外側に位置する台座(21)が固定して接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレイングコイルの冷却均一性を向上させる冷却ローラーテーブル。 - 前記固定座(23)には、案内滑車(26)が移動するための溝口(231)が形成され、
前記固定座(23)の頂面には、支持アーム(24)と二つの位置決め板(27)とが設けられ、
前記支持アーム(24)及び溝口(231)は、いずれも二つの位置決め板(27)の間に位置し、
前記位置決め板(27)には、ローラーテーブル本体(1)の中心線に向かって延在する調整孔(271)が形成され、
前記調整孔(271)には、軸部が支持アーム(24)と螺合する固定スクリュ(28)が設けられ、
前記支持アーム(24)の底面には、車軸(25)が設けられ、前記案内滑車(26)と、前記車軸(25)とは、回転可能に接続されるとともに軸方向に固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレイングコイルの冷却均一性を向上させる冷却ローラーテーブル。 - 前記固定座(23)の両側には、案内板(29)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレイングコイルの冷却均一性を向上させる冷却ローラーテーブル。 - 請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却ローラーテーブルの使用方法であって、
案内滑車(26)がコイル(3)と接触することによりコイル(3)の動作軌跡が変化し、最終的にS字型の動作軌跡をなし、コイル(3)の積み重ねられた接合点(31)が整然とずれるように、コイル(3)の圧延仕様に基づいて、ローラーテーブル本体(1)の同じ側における隣接する二つの案内滑車(26)間の距離又は/及び案内滑車(26)がローラーテーブル本体(1)の中心に向かって延出する長さを調整するステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする冷却ローラーテーブルの使用方法。
