Description
本出願は、2020年8月3日に中国で提出した中国特許出願番号No.202010767024.5の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容は参照によって本文に組み込まれる。
第1基板対基板コネクタ及び第2基板対基板コネクタが取り付けられる回路基板と、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、前記第1基板対基板コネクタの前記回路基板から離れた一側に位置し、前記第1基板対基板コネクタを固定するために用いられ、且つ逃げ孔が設けられる第1ブラケットと、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、前記第2基板対基板コネクタの前記回路基板から離れた一側に位置し、前記第2基板対基板コネクタを固定するために用いられ、前記第1ブラケットに近接して設けられ、且つタングを有する第2ブラケットであって、前記タングが前記第2ブラケットの前記第1ブラケットに向かう一側に位置する第2ブラケットと、
前記回路基板に接続され、且つ挿入溝が設けられる固定部材であって、前記挿入溝が前記逃げ孔から延出し、前記タングの少なくとも一部が前記挿入溝内に挿設される固定部材と、を含む、回路基板アセンブリを提供する。
第1基板対基板コネクタ11及び第2基板対基板コネクタ12が取り付けられる回路基板10と、
回路基板10に取り付けられ、第1基板対基板コネクタ11の回路基板10から離れた一側に位置し、第1基板対基板コネクタ11を固定するために用いられ、且つ逃げ孔21が設けられる第1ブラケット20と、
回路基板10に取り付けられ、第2基板対基板コネクタ12の回路基板10から離れた一側に位置し、第2基板対基板コネクタ12を固定するために用いられ、第1ブラケット20に近接して設けられ、且つタング31を有する第2ブラケット30であって、タング31が第2ブラケット30の第1ブラケット20に向かう一側に位置する第2ブラケット30と、
回路基板10に接続され、且つ挿入溝41が設けられる固定部材40であって、挿入溝41が逃げ孔21から延出し、タング31の少なくとも一部が挿入溝41に挿設される固定部材40と、を含む。
Claims (11)
- 第1基板対基板コネクタ及び第2基板対基板コネクタが取り付けられる回路基板と、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、前記第1基板対基板コネクタの前記回路基板から離れた一側に位置し、前記第1基板対基板コネクタを固定するために用いられ、且つ逃げ孔が設けられる第1ブラケットと、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、前記第2基板対基板コネクタの前記回路基板から離れた一側に位置し、前記第2基板対基板コネクタを固定するために用いられ、前記第1ブラケットに近接して設けられ、且つタングを有する第2ブラケットであって、前記タングが前記第2ブラケットの前記第1ブラケットに向かう一側に位置する第2ブラケットと、
前記回路基板に接続され、且つ挿入溝が設けられる固定部材であって、前記挿入溝が前記逃げ孔から延出し、前記タングの少なくとも一部が前記挿入溝内に挿設される固定部材と、を含む、回路基板アセンブリ。 - 前記固定部材は、前記回路基板に接続される基板と、前記基板の前記回路基板から離反する一側に設けられる係止フックとを含み、且つ前記係止フックと前記基板の間に前記挿入溝が形成される、請求項1に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記回路基板に取り付け穴が設けられ、前記基板の前記回路基板に向かう一側に接続ピンが設けられ、前記接続ピンは前記取り付け穴内に取り付けられて、前記固定部材を前記回路基板に取り付ける、請求項2に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記接続ピンは溶接によって前記回路基板に接続される、請求項3に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記取り付け穴は棒状孔であり、且つ前記取り付け穴の長さ方向は前記回路基板上のプロセッサの引き回し方向に沿って延在する、請求項3に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記係止フックは接続板及び固定板を含み、前記基板と、前記接続板と、前記固定板との間で前記タングに向かう前記挿入溝が形成されるように、前記接続板は、前記基板に接続され、且つ前記回路基板から離れて延在し、前記固定板は、前記接続板の前記回路基板から離れた一端に接続され、且つ前記タングに向かって延在する、請求項2に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記挿入溝の開口のサイズが前記接続板に向かう方向に徐々に小さくなるように、前記固定板は前記回路基板から離れて延在する、請求項6に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記第2ブラケットは前記タングに接続される遷移部を有し、前記遷移部は前記タングに向かう方向において前記回路基板に向かって延在する、請求項1に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記第1ブラケットは沈下部を有し、前記沈下部は、前記回路基板に向かって設けられ、前記逃げ孔と前記第2ブラケットとの間に位置し、且つ前記タングの前記回路基板に向かう一側に当接される、請求項1に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 前記第1基板対基板コネクタが複数であり、且つ複数の前記第1基板対基板コネクタが第1方向に沿って配列され、前記第2基板対基板コネクタが複数であり、且つ複数の前記第2基板対基板コネクタが第2方向に沿って配列され、前記第1方向と前記第2方向の間の夾角が0°よりも大きく、1つの前記第1基板対基板コネクタと1つの前記第2基板対基板コネクタはそれぞれ前記固定部の2つの対向側に位置する、請求項1に記載の回路基板アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の回路基板アセンブリを含み、前記回路基板をメインボードとする、電子機器。
