1.積み荷取り扱い装置の故障、典型的には、モジュールは、故障した積み荷取り扱い装置が占有する予約可能な場所が除外されることを特定するためにデータ中にフラグを設定し、任意のアクセス不可能な保管コンテナがアクセス不可能であることを特定するためにデータ中にフラグを設定し、任意の故障した積み荷取り扱い装置は、タスク不可能であり、即ち、タスクを割り当てられるのに不適切である。モジュールは、経路計画モジュールに実行するように要求し、そのアルゴリズムは、新たに除外された予約可能な場所を回避する代替のルートを探し、計画する。複数の故障のために計画可能ではないどのタスクも、保守及び回収ミッションを進めることを選択することができる人間の管理にフラグ付けされる。

Claims (14)

前記第1の方向に前記トラック部材のセットと係合するための車輪の第1のセットと、
前記第2の方向に前記トラック部材のセットと係合するための車輪の第2のセットと、ここにおいて、前記積み荷取り扱い装置は、前記トラックネットワーク上の任意の場所へと第1又は第2の方向に駆動可能で有り、
保管コンテナを受け入れるための支持パッドと
を備え、前記支持パッドは、垂直(z)方向に上昇及び/又は下降され得る、積み荷取り扱い装置。 - 前記車輪の第1のセット及び/又は前記車輪の第2のセットは、各側に2つ以上の車輪を備える、請求項1に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。

- 駆動モータに電力供給するための再充電可能なバッテリ及び/又はスーパーキャパシタを備え、前記再充電可能なバッテリ及び/又はスーパーキャパシタは、前記積み荷取り扱い装置の下面上に位置付けられた誘導充電パッドを通して充電される、請求項1~4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
- 前記車輪の第1のセット及び前記車輪の第2のセットの各又は全ての車輪は駆動可能である、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
- 前記車輪の第1のセット及び前記車輪の第2のセットのうちの1つ以上は、ロック手段によってロック可能である、請求項1~6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
- 識別タグ又はラベルを読み取るためのRFIDリーダ、スキャナ、及び/又はカメラを備える、請求項1~7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
- 前記積み荷取り扱い装置及び支持される保管コンテナは、前記保管システム中で単一のグリッド空間のみを占有する設置面積を有する、請求項1~8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
- 前記トラックネットワークに沿った動きを監視及び制御するためのナビゲーション手段を備える、請求項1~9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
- 中央制御設備からの命令を受信し、データを送信するための通信手段を備える、請求項1~10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積み荷取り扱い装置。
