Claims (14)
- 第1方向に沿って積層された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面および両側面を包む外装部材;および
前記電池セル積層体の前後面に位置するセンシングブロックを含み、
前記外装部材と前記電池セル積層体の前後面の間に前記センシングブロックが位置し、
前記電池セル積層体の上下面が露出している、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールの前記外装部材の外面が露出している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外装部材は前記電池セルの幅と同じ幅を有するか、それより小さい幅を有する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外装部材は前記電池セル積層体の下部に隣接するように位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外装部材は弾性素材からなる、請求項3または4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外装部材は前記弾性素材のフィルムが前記電池セル積層体の前後面および両側面をラップして形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外装部材は熱収縮チューブからなり、
前記熱収縮チューブの上下面が開放されている、請求項5または6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記外装部材と前記電池セル積層体の両側面の間に圧縮パッドが位置する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記圧縮パッドは前記電池セル積層体の側面に沿って延びている、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールがパックフレームに取り付けられ、
前記パックフレームは少なくとも二つの前記電池モジュールが取り付けられる下部パックフレームおよび前記少なくとも二つの電池モジュールの上部を覆う上部パックフレームを含む、電池パック。 - 前記下部パックフレームは前記電池モジュールが取り付けられる複数のモジュール領域を含み、
前記複数のモジュール領域は前記下部パックフレームの一側面で他側面に向かって延びている複数のビームで区切られる、請求項10に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池セル積層体の両側面を包む前記外装部材の外面は前記ビームと互いに接する、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 前記モジュール領域上に熱伝導性樹脂層がそれぞれ形成されている、請求項11または12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セル積層体の下面は前記熱伝導性樹脂層と接する、請求項13に記載の電池パック。
