Claims (14)
- 第1方向に沿って積層された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体の下面の中心部が開放されかつ、前記電池セル積層体の外面を囲む外装部材とを含み、
前記外装部材の一端部は、前記電池セル積層体の下面の一側部に付着しており、
前記外装部材の他端部は、前記電池セル積層体の下面の他側部に付着している、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールの前記外装部材の外面が外部に露出しており、
前記外装部材の一端部と前記外装部材の他端部との間に位置する前記電池セル積層体の下面の中心部が外部に露出している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記外装部材は、弾性素材からなる、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外装部材は、前記弾性素材のフィルムが前記電池セル積層体の下面の一側部から前記電池セル積層体の外面をラッピングしかつ、前記電池セル積層体の下面の他側部までラッピングして形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の両側面に位置する圧縮パッドを含み、
前記外装部材と前記電池セル積層体の外側面との間に前記圧縮パッドが位置し、
前記外装部材は、電池セル積層体を前記第1方向に加圧する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記外装部材は、前記電池セル積層体の上面を第2方向に加圧し、
前記第2方向は、前記第1方向に垂直である、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2方向は、前記複数の電池セルの幅方向である、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記圧縮パッドは、前記電池セル積層体の側面に沿って延びている、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
- 前記電池パックは、
少なくとも2つの前記電池モジュールが装着される下部パックフレームと、
前記少なくとも2つの電池モジュールの上部を覆う上部パックフレームと、
前記下部パックフレーム上に形成されている熱伝導性樹脂層とを含み、
前記電池セル積層体の下面の中心部と前記熱伝導性樹脂層とが接触する、請求項9に記載の電池パック。 - 前記下部パックフレームは、複数のモジュール領域を含み、
前記モジュール領域に前記電池モジュールが装着される、請求項10に記載の電池パック。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記モジュール領域上にそれぞれ形成されている、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記電池セル積層体の下面の中心部と同一の大きさを有する、請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記外装部材の一端部の側面と前記熱伝導性樹脂層の一側面とが接し、
前記外装部材の他端部の側面と前記熱伝導性樹脂層の他側面と接する、請求項13に記載の電池パック。
