Claims (13)
- 一つ以上の電池モジュールを収容する電池パックケース;及び
前記電池モジュールの上部に位置するヒートシンク;
を含み、
前記電池モジュールは、
複数の電池セル、前記複数の電池セルの上部に位置するウォータータンク、及び前記複数の電池セルとウォータータンクを収容するモジュールケースを含む電池パック。 - 前記ウォータータンクは、前記モジュールケースの上面の内側面と一体型に装着されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記モジュールケースは、上部が開放された形態であり、
前記ウォータータンクは、開放された前記モジュールケースの上面を覆う形態で前記モジュールケースと結合する、請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、前記電池モジュール全体の上面を覆う大きさで形成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックケースは、上部が開放された形態であり、
前記ヒートシンクは、開放された前記電池パックケースの上面を覆う形態で前記電池パックケースと結合する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ウォータータンクは、前記複数の電池セルと対面する一面に貫通口が形成されており、前記貫通口には密封部材が付加されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記密封部材は、前記電池セルから放出する高温ガス又はスパークによって溶融する素材からなる、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記密封部材の溶融によって前記貫通口が開放され、
前記貫通口から、前記ウォータータンクの内部に収容された冷却水が前記電池セルに投入される、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記貫通口は、前記ウォータータンクの一面に複数の孔が均一に分散された形態で形成されている、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒートシンクの内部には、冷却水の流れをガイドするための流路が形成されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記モジュールケース同士の間には隔壁が付加されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記密封部材は前記貫通口を充填しており、前記ウォータータンクの外側面から前記貫通口の周りよりも外側にさらに延長された延長部を含む、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルは、パウチ形電池セル、角形電池セル又は円筒形電池セルである、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
