Claims (20)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板下に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、を含み、
前記第2基板は、前記第2基板及び前記第2電極を貫通する少なくとも一つのホールを含み、
前記ホールの内部には、前記第2電極の側面と連結される電極連結部が配置される、光経路制御部材。 - 前記第2電極と前記光変換部との間に配置されるバッファ層をさらに含み、
前記光変換部は、隔壁部、収容部、及び基低部を含み、
前記ホールは、前記バッファ層及び前記基低部を貫通する、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記電極連結部は、前記第2基板の側面、前記バッファ層の側面、及び前記基低部の側面と接触して配置される、請求項2に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第1電極と前記光変換部との間に配置される接着層をさらに含み、
前記電極連結部は、前記接着層と直接接触して配置される、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記電極連結部は、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうち少なくとも一つの電極とは異なる物質を含む、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記電極連結部は、金属ペーストを含む、請求項5に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記電極連結部の光透過率は、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうち少なくとも一つの電極の光透過率よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第1電極と前記光変換部との間に配置される接着層をさらに含み、
前記電極連結部は、前記接着層と離隔して配置される、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記第1電極と前記光変換部との間に配置される接着層をさらに含み、
前記電極連結部と前記接着層との間には絶縁層が配置される、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記電極連結部の上面は、前記第2基板の上面と同一平面上に配置されるか、または低く配置される、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第2基板は、オープン領域を含み、
前記ホールは、前記オープン領域によって突出する前記第2基板の突出部に配置され、
前記オープン領域と対応する前記第1基板上には、前記接着層が除去されて、前記第1電極を露出する、請求項4に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記第2基板は、複数の突出部に配置される複数のホールを含み、
前記第2基板には、複数のホールに配置される第1電極連結部及び第2電極連結部を含む、請求項11に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記第2基板は、第1突出部に配置される第1ホール及び第2突出部に配置される第2ホールを含み、
前記第1ホールには、前記第1電極連結部が配置され、
前記第2ホールには、前記第2電極連結部が配置され、
前記第1ホールと前記第2ホールの深さは、互いに同一または異なる、請求項12に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記第1ホール及び前記第2ホールは、前記オープン領域によって離隔する、請求項13に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第1基板は、前記オープン領域の一部または全部と対応する領域に配置される、請求項11に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記電極連結部の上面と前記第2基板の上面は、段差を形成する、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記光変換部は、分散液及び前記分散液に分散されて電圧の印加によって移動する光変換粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 表示パネル及びタッチパネルのうち少なくとも一つのパネルを含むパネルと、
前記パネル上または下に配置される請求項1~11のいずれか一項の光経路制御部材と、を含む、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルは、バックライトユニット及び液晶表示パネルを含み、
前記光経路制御部材は、前記バックライトユニットと前記液晶表示パネルとの間に配置され、
前記バックライトユニットから出射される光は、前記第1基板から前記第2基板方向に移動する、請求項18に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルは、有機電界発光表示パネルを含み、
前記光経路制御部材は、前記有機電界発光表示パネル上に配置され、
前記パネルから出射される光は、前記第1基板から前記第2基板方向に移動する、請求項18に記載のディスプレイ装置。
