本出願は、2021年5月28日付の韓国特許出願第10-2021-0069475号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記電池ケースは、金属からなり、
前記電池ケースは、前記電極組立体と電解液とが収納される収納部を含み、上部が開放された缶本体と、前記缶本体の開放された上部に結合されるキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記缶本体は、前記収納部の上部に内側に折曲げられたビーディング部と、前記ビーディング部の上部から前記キャップ組立体の位置した方向に曲がったクリンピング部とを含み、
前記缶本体の底部および前記クリンピング部の少なくとも1つには、その内部に金属部材が挿入されており、
前記金属部材は、前記缶本体の金属より融点が低いことを特徴とする。

前記金属部材は、前記缶本体の金属より融点が低い二次電池が提供される。
Claims (10)
- 正極、分離膜、および負極を含む電極組立体が電解液と共に電池ケースに収納されている二次電池であって、
前記電池ケースは、金属からなり、
前記電池ケースは、前記電極組立体と前記電解液とが収納される収納部を含み、上部が開放された缶本体と、前記缶本体の開放された上部に結合されるキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記缶本体は、前記収納部の上部に内側に折曲げられたビーディング部と、前記ビーディング部の上部から前記キャップ組立体の位置した方向に曲がったクリンピング部とを含み、
前記缶本体の底部および前記クリンピング部の少なくとも1つには、その内部に金属部材が挿入されており、
前記金属部材は、前記缶本体の金属より融点が低い二次電池。 - 前記缶本体は、1000℃~2000℃の融点を有する金属からなり、
前記金属部材は、200℃~600℃の融点を有する金属からなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電池ケースは、アルミニウム、ニッケル、ステンレススチール(SUS)、銅、鉄、青銅、および黄銅からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つを含む金属からなり、
前記金属部材は、スズ(Sn)、亜鉛(Zn)、および鉛(Pb)からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つを含む金属からなる、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記金属部材は、前記缶本体の底部および前記クリンピング部ともに含まれる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記缶本体の底部に含まれる前記金属部材の平面上の形状は、多角形、円形、または楕円形である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記クリンピング部に含まれる前記金属部材は、前記クリンピング部の周りの長手方向に一部または全部において連続的または非連続的な帯状に含まれる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記金属部材は、前記缶本体の底部において、前記底部の全体面積の10%~90%の大きさに含まれ、前記クリンピング部において、前記クリンピング部の全体面積の10%~90%の大きさに含まれる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記金属部材は、前記缶本体をなす金属の厚さの10%~90%の厚さを有するように含まれる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記缶本体は、円筒形ケースである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、ゼリーロール型またはスタック/フォールディング型電極組立体である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
