Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 医用X線イメージング装置から、患者の身体の関心領域を表す画像データを受信する入力部であって、前記画像データは、第1のX線スペクトルについて得られた第1の暗視野画像と、第2のX線スペクトルについて得られた第2の暗視野画像とを含み、前記第1のX線スペクトルと前記第2のX線スペクトルとは異なっている、入力部と、
前記第1の暗視野画像と前記第2の暗視野画像とを合成することによって、状態マップを表す合成画像を提供する合成ユニットと、
を含む、画像処理デバイス。 - 前記関心領域は胸郭領域であり、前記状態マップは肺状態マップである、請求項1に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 前記合成ユニットは、前記合成画像をベクトル値画像として構成し、前記ベクトル値画像の成分は、前記第1の暗視野画像及び前記第2の暗視野画像に対応するか、又は前記第1の暗視野画像及び前記第2の暗視野画像に基づいて計算される、請求項1又は2に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 前記合成ユニットは、前記合成画像内のピクセル位置について、光子エネルギーの関数として、又は相関長の関数として暗視野信号を決定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 前記合成ユニットは、前記第1の暗視野画像と前記第2の暗視野画像との偏差の尺度を計算し、前記合成画像のピクセル値は、前記偏差の尺度に対応している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 前記入力部は、前記画像データを受信し、前記画像データは、対応する少なくとも3つの異なるX線スペクトルについて得られた少なくとも3つの暗視野画像を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 前記X線イメージング装置に接続されたときに、前記画像データを取得するため、前記X線イメージング装置の動作を制御するコントローラをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 前記コントローラは、前記X線イメージング装置の位相ステッパ機構を制御することによって、複数の位相ステップをステップスルーし、複数の位相ステップの各々について前記X線イメージング装置の画像検出器から画像データを取得し、前記複数の位相ステップのうちの少なくとも1つについての前記第1のX線スペクトルと前記複数の位相ステップのうちの少なくとも別の位相ステップについての前記第2のX線スペクトルとを切り替えるためになど、前記X線イメージング装置のX線源を制御する、請求項7に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 関心構造を識別するために、前記第1の暗視野画像、前記第2の暗視野画像、前記合成画像、及び/又は前記入力部を介して受信した別の画像をセグメント化するセグメンタを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 識別された各関心構造を、分類器ラベルでラベル付けする分類器を含み、前記分類器ラベルは、前記合成画像に基づいて複数の分類器ラベルのうちから前記分類器によって選択され、前記複数の分類器ラベルは異なる状態に対応している、請求項9に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理デバイスと、
対応する複数のX線スペクトルについて、患者の身体の関心領域の複数のX線暗視野画像を取得し、前記複数のX線暗視野画像を前記画像処理デバイスの入力部に提供するX線イメージング装置と、
を含む、イメージングシステム。 - 前記X線イメージング装置は、X線源及びX線検出器を含む、請求項11に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記X線検出器は、エネルギー分解光子計数検出器である、請求項12に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記X線イメージング装置は、差動位相コントラスト及び暗視野イメージングのための格子干渉計配置を含む、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 画像データを処理する方法であって、前記方法は、
医用X線イメージング装置から、患者の身体の関心領域を表す画像データを得るステップであって、前記画像データは、第1のX線スペクトルについて得られた第1の暗視野画像と、第2のX線スペクトルについて得られた第2の暗視野画像とを含み、前記第1のX線スペクトルと前記第2のX線スペクトルとは異なっている、画像データを得るステップと、
前記第1の暗視野画像と前記第2の暗視野画像とを合成することによって、状態マップを表す合成画像を提供するステップと、
